Their chicken wings were really small, way from Frankie's even if price is more expensive in pizza hut. I swear the pieces were very small, if put together can already form a reasonable size of 1 pc of chicken wing. The quality in this resto is really bad and disappointing.

I'm not into giving reviews because every restaurants naman na I chose is okay yung food. I also don't mind waiting for as long as okay yung food and service. However yung experience namin with my sibs here in SM North branch is not really okay. We ordered yung Deal 1299 and additional 4 rice. Medjo madaming tao but it's okay. Kaso, ayan na. First na ni-serve is yung spaghetti, when we are expecting the soup first diba. Then kasunod is yung chicken and mozzarella sticks then pizza. We waited for too long sa rice. Since we're hungry na, kumain na kami. Nag ask pa kami for a follow up sa rice before dumating. So we continued eating na. We finished and magbabayad na. I chose to pay using credit card however sira daw terminal kaya nitry namin using other credi card kaso wala padin, sira talaga terminal kaya nag-cash nalang. We waited for almost 30 minutes para sa receipt. What an experience. 🙁As for the food, nah, normal. Yung chicken was not even newly-cooked. 😖🙁I love Pizza Hut. Sana hindi sa ganitong branches.

I'm very disappointed talaga sa branch nyo sa Trinoma! Nagtake out ako mga 8:30pm ng Pizza ( super okay ) & Kitkat pops sobrang kunat at tigas! Kinain ko agad pagdating sa store kc malapit lang naman. Akala ko ba naman sineserve nyo ng warm and crunchy excited pa naman ako matikman! Hayy naku bumalik ako kasi instead na staff ko ang kukuha kc dun lang din ako nagwowork sa trinoma at nagtry ako magtanong sa cashier (di ko nakuha yung name pero namumukhaan ko) aba di ako pinansin kahit narinig nya ko. Yung supervisor ata yun na nakawhite not approachable and di marunong ngumiti! Di man lang tinanong kung may problem or wala. Kahit pre closing na hindi kayo nagseserve ng ganun! 😒😡 paki train ng maayos mga staff nyo regarding sa mga complain ah. Di man lang marunong mag apologize.

Very disappointed with this branch. The pasta was undercooked & sauce was bland. I need to put salt, pepper and hot sauce just to repair the taste. Mushroom soup contains no mushroom at all. I was tempted to look for a fishing rod, hoping to locate mushroom slices in a sea of bland soup.

I don't usually review fast-food joint(s) but I have to do this one.Place: It's newly renovated but very small and poorly-litService: What surprises me is that you order over the counter. Tho the service is prompt and courteous, it's weird that they made me pay "service charge" when it's self-service. Food (and Beverages): Oh well, you know what you get when you eat in fast-food joints. But my friend loves their stuffed crust pizza.Value: I know the place is pretty cheap but I'm just really not diggin' the "service charge" thing.

Wag na wag kayong pupunta dito jusko!! Kung ayaw nyong makatikim ng nilagang carbonara pati spag. Tapos sira pa water line nila sa bandang gilid kaya tumutulo, ang tagal pa ng serving kundi mo pa ipa follow up. Last but not least I want to mention Karen their staff, kung makakuha ng receipt para tignan yung inorder nung matapos makita binato ba naman yung receipt mapapa WTF!! Ka na lang eh. Kaya I highly suggested na wag na kayong pumunta dito please lang!

The only pizza brand that our family order everytime we have family gathering.Their Meat Lover's is my Mom's favorite, while mine is the Super Supreme.I also adore their Lasagna. It' s a typical lasagna, but what I loved most is that it's so meaty.Disclaimer: All photos are mine. Yes, there is no watermark on it. Been here earlier today and had a bad experience. This is the 1st time that i've buy pizza on this branch and am gonna give it the lowest rating ever. I ordered the buy one take one pizza and shrimp pasta and was told that wait time was 17 to 25 minutes. Since today is mother's day the place was too crowded and the staff were so busy. I was okay with the wait time and decided that i'll just go to the restroom and roam around. When i got back 25 minutes after, my order was not completely ready. I was told that they are still preparing the pasta. The crew who assisted me was nice but the others, even the managers they dont even smile nor ask me if there is anything else that they can do for me since I was standing there for quite sometime. Btw there's no seats for take out customers. I waited for the same girl who assisted me since no one from the other staff seems to bother to ask me or update me with my other. Bad customer service for this branch. Never again will i buy pizza in this branch. Great pizza, not so friendly crew, special mention to the managers. Kudos to the girl who assisted me and assisted all the other take out customers, at the same time.

(Sorry for the low quality photos.)This branch serves the best spaghetti bolognese across pizza hut branches I have tried. Also, I love the little space which offers a little more privacy. I never fail to order their ceasar salad and I actually can finish the big one.

Dined with my family and sister here @ trinoma branch,1st poor manpower around 2pm, Were seated right away but tables and chairs are with side wastes so we change chair from other tables, Our orders are for group of 8 package plus addtl Mud Pie and Moza sticks, first served the pasta and wings, The wings are so crazy pati pala wings tag hirap na din,so thin and not evenly re heated i know whats cooked fresh and pre cooked, well if pre cooked you should drop kahit ilan secs. pra naman masabing maiinit but yet malamig, 2nd almost 30mns. dumating RICE namin, why?walang saing? rice ipoportion lang tagal besh? our salad served last din and pitcher of soft drinks DESSERT? and the mozza OMG bakit po ganun? over babad sa oil, soggy na texture po, and finally pag check nmin sa bill may SERVICE CHARGE 20%! para saan? pang bayad ng staff na 3 lang naka duty? Kindly check your service and quality of food, thanks
