Their chicken wings were really small, way from Frankie's even if price is more expensive in pizza hut. I swear the pieces were very small, if put together can already form a reasonable size of 1 pc of chicken wing. The quality in this resto is really bad and disappointing.

I'm not into giving reviews because every restaurants naman na I chose is okay yung food. I also don't mind waiting for as long as okay yung food and service. However yung experience namin with my sibs here in SM North branch is not really okay. We ordered yung Deal 1299 and additional 4 rice. Medjo madaming tao but it's okay. Kaso, ayan na. First na ni-serve is yung spaghetti, when we are expecting the soup first diba. Then kasunod is yung chicken and mozzarella sticks then pizza. We waited for too long sa rice. Since we're hungry na, kumain na kami. Nag ask pa kami for a follow up sa rice before dumating. So we continued eating na. We finished and magbabayad na. I chose to pay using credit card however sira daw terminal kaya nitry namin using other credi card kaso wala padin, sira talaga terminal kaya nag-cash nalang. We waited for almost 30 minutes para sa receipt. What an experience. 🙁As for the food, nah, normal. Yung chicken was not even newly-cooked. 😖🙁I love Pizza Hut. Sana hindi sa ganitong branches.

I'm very disappointed talaga sa branch nyo sa Trinoma! Nagtake out ako mga 8:30pm ng Pizza ( super okay ) & Kitkat pops sobrang kunat at tigas! Kinain ko agad pagdating sa store kc malapit lang naman. Akala ko ba naman sineserve nyo ng warm and crunchy excited pa naman ako matikman! Hayy naku bumalik ako kasi instead na staff ko ang kukuha kc dun lang din ako nagwowork sa trinoma at nagtry ako magtanong sa cashier (di ko nakuha yung name pero namumukhaan ko) aba di ako pinansin kahit narinig nya ko. Yung supervisor ata yun na nakawhite not approachable and di marunong ngumiti! Di man lang tinanong kung may problem or wala. Kahit pre closing na hindi kayo nagseserve ng ganun! 😒😡 paki train ng maayos mga staff nyo regarding sa mga complain ah. Di man lang marunong mag apologize.
