My brother and I chose to dine here because all of the restaurants were almost full and when we passed by Pizza hut, luckily there were vacant seats. We ordered the good for 2 meal inclusive of 1 regular pizza which we upgraded to cheesy bites, 2 mushroom soup, 2 fries and 2 drinks. The only thing I enjoyed in this meal was the fries. Croutons tasted days old and I can see water or oil that separates from the soup itself. Cheesy bites pizza was totally different way way back, now it is purely dough and you can't taste the cheese. Parang wala talaga! Back then, Pizza Hut used to be popular. Thick crust pizzas with lots of toppings & really flavorful even the edges of the crust is yummy. But now, what happened?? The quality of their pizzas changed through the years. I don't know if it is because the meal we ordered costs only Php299 (plus Php59 for the cheesy bites upgrade) that's why we get doughy pizza, less toppings na tinipid talaga or it's just that they can't keep up with the competitors anymore. Shakey's and Greenwich are still doing great eventhough there are new pizza parlors all over the Metro.

Promos are good but its not right to fool customers. Got uncooked doughy hawaiian pizza. They didn't even bother spreading the sauce. What happened to pizzahut. They were once a go to pizza place. But instead of improving to regain customers, they just became worst.

I dont have to comment on the foods, it's pizza hut, lahat naman sigurado nakakain na ng pizza hut. I will just comment on their service in this branch compared to other branches. The service here is slow and many uncleaned tables compared to other branches. Hope this will improve.

Okay I'm not really the one to post a bad review because the food I order, no matter how bad are still of good quality, at least I can see effort is shown. But when a big chain store I trust the most does this, it is by far unforgivable. So I was having a crappy day due to a migraine that just never seems to go away. I was thinking maybe a good dinner might help me feel better. At first I thought of going to a Kbbq resto but the pain wouldnt let me go that far. So, I went to the closest place that hungers for my other craving: Meat Lover's Pizza from Pizza Hut. My parents came along, they ordered lasagna and a personal Veggie lovers pizza. The Lasagna came, its one side burnt, and they didnt even to bother to clean the char dust scattered across the plate. My pizza came in 30 minutes after my parents' orders came. I didn't even bother to worry about the time because my head really effing hurts. I just wanted to eat.I followed-up the order and when it was served. Lo and behold. It looks like it was barely cooked. The dissapointment I felt after waiting with a headache and then this shows up to your fave (lol I ate some already coz I was uber hungry).And the first thought that came into my head is: "Pizza hut, WTH HAPPENED?. AS FAR AS I KNOW THIS IS NOT HOW A STUFFED CRUST PIZZA SHOULD LOOK. THE CRUST WAS STILL POWDERY ON THE BOTTOM. THIS IS THE SH*TTIEST CRUST I HAVE EVER TASTED." I was so angry that I wanted to complain but I just can't anymore because this freaking migraine is like overpowering whatever I felt that moment. Anyways yes, this is so sad that I have to give my beloved pizza store a bad review. But I hope it's only on this store only because I myself don't want to believe that their quality of pizza is now scheiße. As I always say, there's always room for improvement. The only problem here now how unaware theu are now of what they need to improve.

This food is my favorite order in pizza hut, the 300 worth of food good for 2 persons because of low price. But sad kasi wala na itong food package. Sana ibalik ng pizza hut.
