The unexpected.Been to different Pizza Hut stores and Ive been always wanting their lasagna but this time we ordered the other staples.Concealed by a modern-hip, spacious and well lit 24hour restaurant is our disappointment on the food and service. We ordered the basic bolognese spaghetti, i still can see the "microwaved" look on unparalleled texture. The sauce was just fine.Mac n Cheese was a disaster. The "microwaved" feel made the macaroni cooked unevenly, undrained well, bland and watery. Its like macaroni with cheese and bacon bits and water. The onion soup saved the night. Been here to meet a few of my friends on a friday night. It has the usual friday evening crowd. We had to wait for a few minutes also for a table, because when we arrived the tables are all occupied. I have good opinions about their service crew, for they were very accommodating and they assisted us with a friendly manner. With regards to the food, I think the spaghetti that they served when I ordered the budget promo for two was a bit overcooked. The pasta was too soft. But all in all the place is great. The pizza is the same as any pizza in every Pizza Hut branch.

I love Pizza Hut but this branch is so unexpectedly a disaster in service. We've been here just twice but those two visits were really a failure.My rating: 2.0 ⭐️⭐️Yes, that low.First, the staff is totally a wrecker. On all restaurants that I've been to, once you enter the place, they would escort you to your seat, offer you the menu, then take your order. But this branch's staff is totally disgusting. You would see them chatting and you'll just sit there waiting for your order to be taken. You'll be the one getting shy about bugging them to notice you. I remember my friend telling us they waited for more than 10 minutes for someone to take their orders but none so they just walked out and chose another food outlet instead.Second, their thoughts are not organized. I'm a sucker for unlimited soda - so if there's one, I'd definitely get it instead of letting myself get stucked with one glass of it. So we asked the manager if we can avail it along with our order, he agreed but only limited to Pepsi products. My friend ordered Root Beer so he can't avail the promo. When we asked another staff if we can avail it on Root Beer, she agreed without thinking twice. Third, the food should be cooked once you order it, so I'm wondering why it's cold once served? Is it just re-heated or what?The two stars goes to the cool ambiance of the place and the fact that I really love pizza and pasta. The rest sucks.
