Pho goes well if youll eat on a rainy early dinner. This Vietnamese restaurant is together with Jack's loft situated beside Sip n Gogh in Capitol Hills. We ordered: Brisket and flank Pho - taste good especially with Sriracha sauce, fresh basil and bean sprouts. The weird thing is very different from the picture on their menu 😃 that's why i gave them 3.5 because of the deceiving photo😊Fresh spring roll - taste great, clean and fresh. We like the peanut dipping sauce. Jasmine tea - not your typicall jasmine tea on a bag. This one's fesh jasmine leaves on a teapot. Calming. Overall experience in this branch os ok as I have a bad experience with a different branch. Attentive staff good food clean and nice location. We also ordered buffalo wings and carbonara from Jack's loft :)

Pho Hoa is a family favorite. Although the noodle soups are great and perfect for rainy days, their fresh spring rolls and rice meals are also a must try! The price is also just right.

A perfect evening with my partner, its cold and rainy. Perfect for some Pho! We always dine here, the staff knows us well that they will instantly ask us "the usual sir?" Which is Pho Nam, Gan, Bo Vien #38 and Cha Gio Viet #17.Simple, warm and comforting just the way I like it. The place is quiet too, few people and welcoming vibe to eat. 😊

Great food but poor service. They didn’t acknowledge my parents’ discount cards in the bill. It was already late and they were closing and so my dad didn’t check before he paid. Incredibly disappointing. We would probably visit a different branch next time.

I love the food here especially when I try to eat clean. But they should renovate the place. It’s too old and I can see many flies going around. Lost my appetite to eat. :(
