The menu was different from Indonesia and Singapore but it's nice to see the new menu of Philippines version. Never had bad experience here, food is good as usual and affordable price for students in early of the month 😎✌

Never had a bad experience in any Pepper Lunch whether it's here in the Phil or HK. Chicken and beef pepper will always be my favorite. I like the double hamburg too. :)

I'm a fan of sizzling foods and planned to dine in here. I forgot what I and my partner ordered, we had different orders but when served to us it looks the same but different taste. Mine was bland that I had to season it with condiments placed at our table.

After school, I decided to eat and fortunately, I am craving for Pepper Rice. So I went straight to UP Town Center and I ordered Chicken Pepper Rice. The chicken is really good. I can say that it's tender. :) also the margarine rice. Aaaaah!!! I go crazy.

It was my first time eating at a Pepper Lunch. I dreaded having to eat my food directly from a sizzling plate 'cuz it's gonna be scorching hot, but I like to experience the feel of mixing, cooking and seasoning your own food.Being a newbie to the whole Pepper Lunch menu, I ordered their most basic lunches - beef pepper rice. I asked the staff for an extra serving of egg.I was rather intimidated by the size of the dish as it got to my table. It was definitely HUGE. What else? It was sizzling and crackling like crazy!! I was definitely afraid to stir it since aggravating the rice and beef may cause some of the oil to spurt at me, but I knew that if I waited too long, my egg would get those crispy plastic-y edges that I don't like. I mustered up all the courage in the universe to stir the thing and even added some of the garlic and honey (???) sauce for extra flavor. Though every spoonful of rice was like a hot poker pressed on my tongue, I have to say that the beef on my plate was super duper tender. Even if it took me a while to stir the stuff on my hotplate, the beef didn't seize up and then into rubber. Their serving of rice was definitely large. On a personal note, I am not really a rice eater; I really prefer "ulam" over rice so for me, my order had just a tad bit too much rice. I would have loved more beef but maybe the staff would charge me extra :(As for service, the staff here at UP Town were definitely friendly! Since I was new at the whole Pepper Lunch experience, I found myself asking a lot of questions. The staff proved knowledgeable and even recommended dessert to match my meal! The place is also pretty clean. I ate there around 3:00pm and the floors and even underneath the tables were swept frequently. Perhaps one thing that they could work on is ventilation. Given that all their menu items are served in a hotplate, people who eat here tend to smell like the grill or the food that they just ate. Maybe Pepper Lunch should out those smoke vacuums over every table like they have in those Korean shabu-shabu restaurants?

I was with my family when I ate here. I like the place and I really like the way they greet their customers. Their soup was okay. I ordered garlic beef pepper lunch and was satisfied with the amount of beef in it. The meat was served fresh. I also tried their salmon, it's yummy as well. The meat can be tasteless and oily so whenever I eat here, I use a lot of honey. As they say, sizzle it your way.

I have always been a beef pepper rice kinda person. But the ribeye steak was a big surprise! Meat was very tender and I can cook it to my preference. Superb quality for the price.

First time to dine at Pepper Lunch at UP Town Center. The Honey Brown and Garlic Steak Sauce enhanced the sliced beef, egg and corn mixture of the sizzling Beef Jumbo Pepper Rice that we ordered. Beef has good marbling and tender as we waited for it and the egg to be cooked just right on the hot plate. You really need to put some of the sauce for the food to have flavor. You pay as you order and menu items are priced reasonably. Service was prompt and the room was well-kept. The decor was nice but they don't have their own restroom. Naome and Rald were efficient.
