I have been to Peperoni Pizzeria a couple of times and both times were delicious. We ordered the parma ham pizza, truffle pasta, squid ink rissotto, and spaghetti bolognese. All were good but the clear winner was the pizza. The parma ham is a 10. Despite the good food, the price is a bit too pricey. It's a price range of a fine dining restaurant but their concept is the complete opposite. I feel like I'm dining in a fast food restaurant. If I was to recommend something to the owners - I would suggest to give your interior a change. Not that it's not good but it does not suit the price of the food. Give us that fine dining experience for the price you charge.

The cheapskate in me booked another Eatigo reservation. Having dinner here was so worth it. Even if I didn't have a discount, I'd still go back. We ordered the calamari fritti, aglio olio, prosciutto crudo pizza, and tiramisu. Everything was seasoned very well. Only knocking off pointd because the savory items we ordered were all a bit too oily. I asked our waitress to serve the dessert whilst we were eating the mains because it just got too greasy at some point.

Booked here using Eatigo and man, the food exceeded my expectations. We had Prosciutto Crudo di Parma, Spicy Chicken Wings, and Al Nero di Seppia. The pizza was SO perfectly made that it just made me crave for more. The rocket salad was really fresh and it kind of balanced the salty taste of the ham. The spicy wings was so-so by its own though it tasted better when I added tabasco sauce. The pasta had this earthy taste, the flavor of the squid was so distinct that i was able to taste it every bite. The staff was accommodating, and the place doesn't get easily cramped up.TIP: since their pizzas are served thin crust, roll a slice and put the whole thing in your mouth 😉

Today I have finally tried dining at Peperoni Pizzeria. Although known for their freshly baked pizzas straight from their humongous oven, we went all-pasta for now.We ordered...Aglio Olio e Peperoncino. Flavor was good with just the right spiciness. While others do not like their aglio olio too oily, i prefer it that way so i find this dish dry. The pasta was a bit undercooked too.Beef lasagna. There was a generous amount of tomato sauce and beef. I wish it was cheesier though. There was also portions of the beef which tasted bitter, probably overcooked, but overall it was a good dish.Funghi e Tartufo. Sauce was really creamy but kinda bland for my taste. I guess that's really how white sauce is (not really a fan of white sauce, I just tried this because it's a bestseller 😅) There was enough mushrooms in the pasta. A bit overpriced for its serving size though.Tiramisu. Our least favorite. It felt like it's been taken out of the fridge for an hour already. It's texture was too thawed :( but the taste was still good. The strawberries were yum! 👍Ambiance was really good. It was well lit, squeaky clean and staff was accomodating. Will go back again when I'm in the mood to try their pizza! 😄

It was a movie night for Thor Ragnarok and we needed a quick fix before the kids watch the movie. We chanced upon this place as our neighbor just stepped out of the place and they highly recommended the place. We ordered their set worth 1850, which includes a really big pizza, appetizer and two pasta dishes. For the pizza we had bacon mierle, 1 bolognese pasta and 1 chicken pasta, calamari for appetizer. We also had garden salad and another bolognese pasta and 1 personal quattro formagie. Just a few words for the food, it was excellent! Everybody loved the food. The pizza was huge and the taste was something sweet and yet you could taste the difference with the cheese and sauce. The pastas were superb just the right taste. Oh yeah the calamari was one of the best. Cooked just right crunchy and not rubbery. We would definitely comeback. Its a bit expensive but way worth it! Highly recommended!

The second time we ate here and this time we were able to try more items on the menu! Also we ate here with 50% off thanks to eatigo!!!FoodMushroom soup: it wasn't a cream of mushroom soup and at least they didn't say it was! It was very thick and seen in the photo below it does not look appetizing. It had a chunky texture and almost no taste at all. If you wanna warm up with some soup, this ain't the one to order.Salad: I forgot the name of the salad we got, so let's just say it is forgettable. It's as if someone just tossed the salad ingredients and called it a salad (but wait isn't that what a salad is?). Bland dressing, unfortunately. And barely any lettuce! Gnocchi: To better things in the menu! The Gnocchi itself was a bit thicker than most making a little tough to eat. However, I really enjoyed it! The sauce it had a also a bit thick but it was creamy and cheesy! I think a little more sauce would make it more enjoyable! Also it is quite a big and heavy dish so if your single, baka hindi ito para sayo.Vegetarian Pizza: The crust was a thin crust, very crunchy and flavorful! It was more burnt than usual because of their brick oven. Noooooow the toppings were disappointing. I appreciate a lot of vegetables on pizzas but they were a little overwhelming and did not even go together. Also, for some reason they were very sour. All the toppings made the inner portion of the pizza soggy and sad. Maybe smaller slices and a different arrangement of veggies would do the trick! Pr just get yourself another pizza topping to enjoy if you get a pizza.Truffle Cream Pasta: The name is different and hard to pronounce on the menu, so let's go with this! This by faaar was the best dish we ordered! Rich and creamy and perfect with the linguine (oh I rhymed!). This is one dosh to come back for!Aglio Olio Peperoncini: NO. This was not an aglio olio. Para po siyang pansit canton. Do yourself a favor and do not order this dish. Unless you want pancit canton, but just get it from a local restaurant. Service: The servers were very friendly and quite attentive!Ambience: It's a little loud inside, but it is tolerable. Tha chairs aren't the most comfortable though. If you want a really gooood Truffle Pasta then get your butt over here! It's worth it to try, just get other items on the menu aside from the aglio olio! Yay!

When you come across a restaurant where you can’t choose a favorite because they’re all good, you know you’re in a great restaurant. Peperoni (bell pepper in Italian) welcomed us in their second restaurant at UP Town Center. And with that hello, they challenged our group to their XXL Challenge - challengers have to eat their 21-inch thin pizza in 20 minutes and their pizza is free. The person who hurdles this challenge also receives gift certificates to indulge in their other dishes. This contest is started last July 15 and runs until September 30, 2017. Are you a pizza warrior? Unfortunately, I am not so after the challenge we settled for their appetizers, pastas, pizzas and desserts. By the way, our friends didn’t win. 21” is harder to eat that we thought. Here are just some of the best picks at Peperoni Pizzeria:Calamari Fritti - this crispy, firm and soft appetizer was a hit with the group. It was seasoned well and the the batter coating was tasty as well.Caprese - I always love a good caprese and this one from Peperoni was made with buffalo milk. It was refreshing, salty and creamy at the same time. As I am wont to do, I just had to add a bit of balsamic vinegar to bring out more of the flavor. Peperoni easily has it on hand.Pastas- Funhgi e tartufo - firm noodles, simple cream sauce, lots of mushrooms and a hint of infused truffle oil. This is a very earthy pasta. - Aglio Olio e peperonicino - firm noodles, lots of garlic with chili peppers in olive oil - this is a simple and hearty pasta dish that’s healthy and packed with flavor.  PizzasPeperoni has a wide selection of thin-crust pizzas for the pizzaholic in you. You can even combine two flavor in one pizza. Aside from the pepperoni pizza we finished off, we got to try Bacon Miele, with bacon, honey, fresh oregano and gouda cheese, which is quite an interesting combination of the sweet and salty; and the Prosciutto Crudo di Parma Pizza, with lovely parma ham and rocket salad. The arugula is a nice contrast to the saltiness of the parma ham and the slight tang of the base and sauce. Oh, and the desserts! I’m a sucker for good desserts and Peperoni does not disappoint. The Tiramisu is authentic, made from rich mascarpone cheese, coffee liqueur-soaked ladyfingers and cocoa powder. The Creme Brulee is so creamy and made with natural vanilla bean that you can still see the black specks of the seeds. It is very satisfying to crack the slightly scorched caramel on top and getting to the creamy layer. Lastly, the Tortino al Cioccolato, or lava cake, is so rich and chocolatey without being very sweet. If you want great Italian food, Peperoni is the place.

I discovered a new sulit tipid deal from my brother when eating out. He shared to me this new booking app (Eatigo) that offers upto 50% off on your bill during off peak of a restaurant. One of the restaurants listed on it was Peperoni Pizzeria! We tried using it for a 6pm dinner on a Saturday and we got 50% off on our bill! Wow not bad!Now on to the review of the place. Peperoni is a Singaporean pizza franchise that serve wood fired pizza. This branch in UP Town looks very similar to the one in Uptown Mall. Welcome by the beautiful All We Knead Is Love signage. With an open kitchen where you can see them make those huge 21 inch pizza. For this visit we tried out the following.🍕Funghi Pizza – a mixture of button, shitake and porcini mushroom. I love thinness of their pizza crust. So thin that you rolled it up to have mouthful bite! The simplicity of the toppings did well for this pizza. Well balance and delicious.🍕Quattro Formaggi – Mozarella, Taleggio, Scamorza and Gorgonzola Cheese Pizza. This one is for my niece. She always love Cheese Pizza and this one got a two thumbs for her. I also liked it.🍕Prosciutto Crudo di Parma – this one is my favorite pizza in Peperoni. Parma Ham and Rocket Salad topped on their thin crust pizza. The saltiness of the Parma Ham flavor was lighten up by the rocket salad.🍝Alle Vongole – a big fan of clam shell soup kind of pasta. This one got venus clams in white wine sauce. Love the light taste with the delicious seafood flavor of the clam. 🍝Al Nero di Seppia – squid ink pasta. Another fave of mine. Squid rings and Tomatoes were a great combination. Love the strong seafood flavor. Overall Peperoni is one the pizza franchise that I’m really happy that it was brought her in Manila. Still thinking with my brother if we will go for that 20minutes XXL Pizza challenge they have haha.

Booked a table here using the Booky app and we got P500 off our P1,000+ bill. Plus, we got free dessert just cause I answered Booky's feedback form. Sulit much!Calamari fritti - tender squid in crispy breading with mayo and marinara dip. Great starter to whet your appetite.Funghi tartufo - I usually am not a fan of white sauce-based pasta, but I saw everyone raving over it and just had to give it a try. And it did not disappoint. I died and went to pasta heaven 😍Bacon miele - pizza with bacon, gorgonzola (or was it gouda cheese) and honey. I suggest you order starters or pasta if you don't wanna starve, because the pizza took a while to be served.Tiramisu - For the free dessert, I'd have expected them to give us the just the gelato or panna cotta. So boy was I pleasantly surprised when they brought out the second priciest dessert on the menu. Sweet way to end our delicious meal. The service wasn't bad, but it could be improved. Some of the servers should smile more, it won't hurt. 😉
