I recently discovered that there is a Pares Retiro branch near our home through website. We often go to their branch in RCBC plaza makati and I'm glad to know there's one nearby. I didn't order pares cause I was craving for their sisig. I also ordered their pansit pares for take home. Their sisig isn't the best but it's flavorful by itself, no soy sauce needed. For P110, their sisig with rice was worth it's price. My grandma on the otherhand really enjoyed the pansit pares I bought for her. I do commend the ate server at the time of my visit. She was very accomodating and even offered me cold water though I ordered everything for take home. I was on my bike that time, and it's very hot so it's a big plus for me.

Ang sarap pa rin talaga ng Pares dito. 👍🏻👌🏻And one of my favorite would be the pancit pares nila. It’s superb! The price is okay with the taste of the food. Though the place is bit hmmm not too okay kase mainit dito. Maybe dahil minsan over crowded or either pinapatay nila yung electric fan. lol

Food - 3.5Ambiance - 2.5Service - 2.5Value for Money - 3.5We are frequent patrons of Pares Retiro as it serves as a great alternative from fastfood chains near the place. Pares is a sure hit. Although at times i find the flavor inconsistent. Their add-on torch-flamed bone marrow is a must have. But our favorites are definitely their tokwa’t baboy and Pansit Pares. Pares chicken and their lugaw/arrozcado offerings have nothing special. In terms of ambiance, there is definitely room for improvement. We are hoping that management can work on the cleanliness of their restaurant. Maybe they can start with the basics such as making sure that the towels they wipe their tables with are always clean. On several instances, it smelled like those were not replaced for at least 24hours. Service can also be improved as well. Since their main product is their Beef Pares, shouldn’t it be readily available at all times without the need to wait for 15minutes? Overall, Pares Retiro is a good place to satisfy your beef cravings on a budget.

Best beef pares in Philippines! And the crew was so nice and polite, also their OIC! My parents loved it! Now thinking of franchising one! Kudos!

Consistently comforting pares, available almost any time of the day. Other than pares, we usually also order their pancit too. Generally, pares is still the best thing to order from this place.

Sulit ang 99 pesos para sa breakfast nila. Pero need na ng improvement ng place. Tsaka yung billis ng service sana mas bumilis na. Minsan kasi matagal kaming nag aantay para sa pares. Mga 30 to 40 mins bago lumabas yung food.

THE GLORY THAT WAS GREECE AND THE GRANDUER THAT IS ROME.The first time I ate beef pares was years ago when my grandpa would bring me to the old stomping grounds in NS Amoranto *wink wink* after a round of late night drinking. Suffice to say, I'm a fan of beef pares as it is one of my favorite food. I first heard of this restaurant as an advertisement on Facebook. I wasn't interested in eating here since I was a regular of the shop on NS Amoranto and I was close minded on trying other pares shops.Well, long story short. I guess fate has a way of leading you places least expected. So I went here and ordered the dish this place does best, Beef Pares. Boy was I in shock. Let's admit it, the old shop in NS Amoranto does not serve the same pares from yesteryears but this shop gave me nostalgia and that is why I gave this place my first perfect rating.Speaking of beef pares, they also serve your usual fanfare. The other dish worth your time is Camto Soup as it has a distinct flavor. The Pares Chicken is also delicious albeit pricey. Skip the regular fried chicken since it is bland. Word of caution, expect long serving times even if you're the only customer in the shop. Servings are on the small side so if you're famished, prepare to be disappointed.I hope the place keeps improving and maintain the quality of their beef pares. I'm hard to please when it comes to food but this place keeps me coming back so when I no longer see that this place warrants a perfect rating, I'll let everyone know.TL;DROrder their beef pares and enjoy.

First time to eat pares and I'm quite disappointed. There's nothing special about the pares, it's not worthy of the price. Parang sa karinderya lang kami kumain. At ang onti ng rice, hindi kami nabusog sa halagang 125. :–) But the service is good naman. ✌️

True pares taste, but at a steeper price than usual. Dropped by to eat after watching the last cinema screening on a nearby mall. Parking was hard 'cause there was a car club that was eating there at the time. I pass by Visayas ave frequently before, on my way home and I never see this branch empty. If not for the stores beside it are closed after midnight, then I definitely won't be coming here with a car.We ordered the Pares with Fried Rice and Special Beef Mami. The Pares is not much to talk about, except I would say that the beef is so tender which is great. The serving of rice is small so one would definitely ask for extra. The Special Beef Mami is what I remember better because when they served it, it looked like it was already for 2. It looked like a Ramen Bowl, haha. Too bad that my phone's dead then so I wasn't able to take a pic.Might go back to try other items on their menu as there seems to be a lot and some are interesting. Although, I would probably go a different place once I remember their prices.Well, they have nice bowls.
