Paper Moon was newly opened the first (and last) time I went there. I was enticed by the millecrepe and everything I've heard about it in blogs. I was thoroughly disappointed. The millecrepe I had tasted like it had been kept in the fridge with a sliced orange and other fruits. In other words, "lasang ref." We calmly and quietly told the staff about this, but all they told us was it wasn't supposed to taste like oranges. It's been years and I haven't gone back. They're still there, however, so they must be doing something right.

Place: Really nice place but I just don’t like that they have these glass walls. It feels like you don’t have a privacy while eating coz you can easily be seen from outside. Budget: 500 for two. (Desserts only)Food: Good. We only went here for dessert and I am not disappointed with my order -the ube crepe. However my friends Tiramisu crepe taste is too strong. We didn’t finish it.

only ate one thing and it was enough for me to say that I'll never go back.THINGS I ATE: Mille Matcha Crepe(0/5) FOOD REVIEW:It was so dry and flavorless. If the layers aren't moist, you fill any cake up with really moist cream to add balance and flavor to the dry layers. It was really dry and flavorless. Crepe cakes may not be a sponge cake or those fluffy cakes but it is an unwritten law to make cakes moist and tasty. And I tell you it's not because I can't handle matcha. I'm used to black coffee, sugarless tea and matcha powder. The cake itself is actually really bland.(3.5/5) SERVICE REVIEW:Served fast but nothing special.(1/5) AMBIANCE:Good and dreamy interiors. Laminated and cheap furniture. But the good use of colors made it okay. It's a small kiosk. Still stands out. It's an open area in the Trinoma Branch. Could use some privacy. Now it's being shared with another stand.(1.5/5) OVERALL:I came here for good food. It's a big disappointment on how they make their crepe cakes. It was so dry.

I tried their original crepe cake. It was pretty good. It has a nice, soft, delicate texture to it. The sweetness isn't too overwhelming but it's enough to satisfy one's cravings for something sweet. 🤗
