Had our late lunch here after finding.something at wilcon. The kids were so hungry we ordered 2 set of 390pesos 2order of 2pcs pan chicken and 2 orders of adobo sulipan. I ordered house special set and clubhouse sandwich and banana walnut pancakes. Food tasted good. Service is ok but place need some cleaning and maintenance on cleaning the place.

Salisbury steak - which is our all-time favorite here - was really good as always. That’s the main (or only?) reason we go to Pancake House. Also tried their tomato salsa soup and almondigas, but both were disappointing. I like this branch because it’s still relatively clean since it’s quite new. I have to say, though, that it was off-peak when we had our super late lunch there. I’m not sure how it looks like when it’s packed. Service is lacking and slow. Can’t imagine how much slower it would be when there is more than one group of diners in here.

I have a love-hate relationship with this branch. First let me tell you that I love the food Pancake House offers especially their “Choose Any 2 for P399” promo. It's just that the service is sometimes bad as in slow and they would forget you. To be fair, there were times wherein the service was really great. They would even ask us how the food was and if we need anything. I just hope they lean towards okay to great service so that the dining experience wouldn't be affected.
