Whenever I go here, I always order:1. Pan chicken - i just love their chicken with lots of gravy on the side. The chicken is really juicy and the skin is crispy. But what makes it special for me is the gravy 😋 2. Potato salad - i love potato salad, its not heavy on the mayo, just enough for my taste. With gelatin and eggs on the side3. Salisbury steak - if I don't feel like eating chicken, I usually order this. The gravy that they use for chicken, they also use it, maybe that's why I like it. The beef patty is really juicy. 4. Waffle - any flavor of waffle will do. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. 5. Country sausage - its only 4 small pieces but I really savor each bite because its juicy and tasty. So I always order this on the sideThe place embibes a homey feeling. It makes you want to come back. Whenever I dine here, its usually with my family.

I love Pancakes and waffles serve with hot coffee, for a change i ordered Martin Cinamon Toast topped with not so sweet syrup and raisins plus of course a cup of hot brewed coffee.  Taste so good.

I love Pancake House's current corporate initiative to focus on creating a personalized customer experience. Whether it is in answer to the presence of IHOP in the Philippines, or simply part of the dawning realization among Philippine businesses that differentiating through customer focus generates more repeat customers and ultimately more profits, they got me hook line and sinker.They call me by name, they greet me "welcome back" (I think they do this for everyone, though - a clever way of conditioning customers), they politely check if I need anything else (I don't even mind that they do this with an upsell for other items in their menu), and the best part is they make me feel that their interest and concern are genuine!I can't rave enough, I mean I already love the Pancake House franchise for sentimental reasons - as it is so indelibly tied to my memories of slow weekends after swimming classes - and I feel comfortable in the warm homey feel of each outlet - with the booths, the movie posters, and a constant stream of music from movie soundtracks (on my last visit here I heard songs from "10 Things I Hate About You", and "50 First Dates").On top of that, the entire menu is comfort food of consistent quality (take that IHOP's soggy waffles!).
