I love pancake specially together with a good service. The food was good but do we really have to beg for an additional or extra sauce?your food is not cheap and I think an extra sauce and attention wont affect your sales. Train your people well specially your manager. Never talk to their guest w/ their hair all over their face and avoiding eye contact. And that will definitely affect your sales if you loss customers.

Disappointment.Product: I was really excited about eating here because I grew up loving this restaurant but this time, I might stay away from it. Such a sad experience. We ordered their hamburger set meal, their best taco in town, a strawberry milkshake (extra thick), and a bacon waffle. The hamburger set meal was composed of spaghetti which tasted like a popular fastfood restaurant's spaghetti, sour yet with more flavor, buttered corn, and a burger steak with gravy, the steak was juicy and cooked well, no complaints there. The best taco in town was over-labeled, I mean it wasn't bad, it's pretty tasty but it doesn't really stand out and for one serving, I can go to another famous restaurant famous for tacos and buy 3 pieces. The milkshake was really thick but.. when you mix the whipped cream it becomes sour. This is probably my least favorite out of all the milkshakes I had but regardless, it's still milkshake so I consumed it all. Here we go, so I said I ordered the bacon waffle, right? I was accidentally served their CHEESE waffled at first I was like, oh hey where's the bacon bits? I knew they were inside so I ate it before I complained, there were none in my first bite, and still none until I reached halfway into the whole thing, so I complained. The waiter approached us and said that they were doing something about it, so I was like "okay maybe they'll serve me my order now or void this one" because that's what normally what should happen, but when they approached us they just said that they'll replace the bacon with the cheese in our receipt. At that point, I was really disappointed because it made me feel like they only cared about getting paid for their product instead of satisfying their customers. I agreed with their condition because it really wasn't worth it to start a fight. I'm just not coming back to this branch. Venue: the place was nice, dim with an american breakfast place aura. Fast service for getting your order but very slow service for getting your change for the bill, and when we got our change it was a clump of change, I mean thanks for the change it would really help on the trip home but on the other table we saw their change had enough hundreds. I'm sorry if it seemed like I was trying to be mean to them but I was just describing our experience. I normally don't give such a low rating but I felt like this was justified.

I love Pancake House! Their food always hits the spot. I love their spaghetti and tacos but other dishes are good too! When I'm feeling a bit healthy I order their brown rice dishes and they're surprisinly good!!
