Took too long to serve food, around 30 minutes.. friendly staff although manager just sits and talks to someone the phone. Food a bit warm, not hot as expected. Steak tastes great, crunchy lettuce for d salad, rice was not good :(

Again, medyo late na tong review ko. Overall, Food is always great sa PH. Kaya my reviews will all boil down to service and place.When we visited this place, after watching a movie. Siguro medyo rush hour na din kasi, kaya medyo madami dami na tao. We were seated dun sa couch. The problem was, madumi yung floor (may mga kanin and I guess pcs of chicken bone sa floor, table and seat). I guess may bata na kasama, pero sana bago sila nagpapasok at nagpaupo, nilinis muna nila yung table. Medyo nakakaOff lang.Pero overall, okay lang. Gutom na din kami eh. Pero sana next time, they can do better.

Food is great just like other pancake house in the metro however the place is untidy. Near our table there’s a garlic bread on the floor and they did not bother to clean it out. Also, we noticed that they served wrong orders to other customers several times during our dinner here. Over-all rating: Just okay. If i’ll be in gateway, i will just eat somewhere else.

We went here to use an eCoupon. The food was reasonably priced for the portion size. I ordered their Chicken Fillet in brown rice pilaf, the taste was fine for me, I wouldn’t enjoy it as much without the dip. The taco tasted very good! It didn’t make my stomach ache unlike tacos from others. Although I find it ridiculous to pay for a single taco for 130-something php. But it’s kind of understandable. I love their staff! Can ride with my mother’s jokes very well. Will come back!

We went there during Father’s Day (I know the review’s late, but we’ve been busy haha) and had the Steak and Eggs. We asked that it be medium rare. It came as well done. Steak was very hard to slice, gummy too. It was too gummy that out of the 3 plates we ordered we were only able to eat 2. The red velvet pancakes had a weird flavor that we couldn’t exactly point out and it was a tad dry but it’s saving grace was it’s plating and that it wasn’t overly sweet.

Not really a fan of pancakes so I found it just okay. What I like about this restaurant is the ambience and the service. Staff are friendly and service is quite fast. Stand alone Pancake House like the one in Petron along NLEX near Marilao exit is a great place to have a leisurely breakfast.

What we love in Pancake house is their food what we loveto order is their pork Vienna the dip of pork Vienna makes it so perfect andthe pork is always very tender. Next would be their spaghetti with meat sauce! Ittakes like the spaghetti my mom cooks at home very yummy :) I am not a fan ofpancakes but I love their waffles!!!!!! Peach waffle is the best! The place isclean and the waiters are very attentive. Very happy costumer here J

Unlike other restaurants wherein their dishes sometimes taste differently at every branch, Pancake House managed to maintain its dishes' tastes across their branches, well at least for their Robinsons Magnolia and Gateway branches.I love how the menu caters to hearty and healthy eaters alike. Their Spicy Chicken Fillet with Rice Pilaf and their Steamed Fish are perfect for weight watchers. The chicken was tender and juicy and the lemon juice balanced out all the spices and pungent flavors. The cream dory fillet also didn't have that fishy taste, and had that distinct taste which came from the toasted garlic and spring onions. They also ave Warm Bacon Potato Salad which I really love.They also serve classic dishes like their Hamburger Steak Special set which comes with hamburger steak with gravy, spaghetti with meat sauce, mixed vegetables, and a glass of iced tea. The hamburger steak was very tender and juices ooze out in every slice. It had the right amount of saltiness and had that distinct peppery taste, which was made even more delectable with the equally delicious gravy. The mixed veggies were okay although I wish there was more serving. I'm glad that I chose this dish because their classic spaghetti with meat sauce was a hit, as always! Nothing really beats the classics!Service was also commendable because the waiting staff who took charge of our orders was very attentive, checked on us from time to time, and made sure that we got everything right. She even offered us to transfer when one of the tables inside got vacated.If there's one thing that makes the Gateway branch standout, I must say it's their food presentation. Went to the Gateway Mall for dinner a few weeks back (oh yes, this is just one of the many backlog posts that I got haha!). I was craving for a taco and my tastebuds wants taco's from pancake house. Then one of the staffs recommend a plate with spaghetti , garlic bread, chicken and my taco!! Awesome.. while waiting i also ordered today's heartwarming soup which is creamy corn soup with shrimp.
