It was Father's Day so we really expected a lot of people will fill almost all restaurants.  Fortunately, my parents arrived at Pancake House a little bit early so they were able to get a seat.When I came, I knew what to get but my mom warned me that it may take 30 minutes for my food to be served.  She also informed me that there are still other tables who weren't served yet.I noticed that there were only two food attendants who were catering all of us.  I was baffled because again, it was Father's Day.  No matter what time of the day it is, the place will be packed in no time.  The owner should have increased the number of servers for this particular day.To cut the long story short, my food was served 45 minutes after.  And you know what, my parents had to leave earlier because they need to do some errands so I was left alone until I finished my meal.The food was still good but sometimes the service can affect the entire dining experience like this one.  And because of this, I won't go back here for any global celebration like this one.

Pancake House is great for lunch when you already have a favorite and don't want to think anymore about other options. In my case, it's the Pan Chicken Special set: hot and juicy Pan Chicken, spaghetti and taco plus refreshing iced tea.

Ordered my used-to-be-favorite chocolate marble waffle only to get a super thin, burnt one! Waited for almost an hour for that and followed up thrice. The staff didn't even notify us that there has been a problem in the kitchen and let me wait for the second one for almost 30 minutes again. After cancelling it, they didn't even cancel it on our bill even after reminding them to cancel my order twice.
