REALLY GOOD!! I was sad that I wasn't able to try this in Korea but I'm so glad that someone finally decided to open up a Korean Dessert cafe! We tried the chocolate, green tea and cheese. We liked chocolate the best because it wasn't too sweet but still very chocolatey. The cheese has a nice subtle milky cheesy flavor to it. The green tea was also great but the taste was too strong for us.

We tried their bingsu and cafe mocha, I would say it is definitely good. I find their menu a little bit pricey for a student like me, but it's worth it. The place is nice and good for food grammers.

Korean bingsu is becoming a fad now and I am very happy! Nothing beats a good bowl of shaven ice with mango toppings on a very hot day! This branch in Katipunan serves fresh Melon Flavored ones as well as the other usual flavors. Was able to try Mango, Coffee, Oreo, Cheese and Melon. Cheese was lacking in flavor for me. Oreo -- i liked it because of the Oreos. What's not to like?? Haha coffee was okay, its ice was flavored like coffee. Mango was pretty nice but it was lacking in fresh mango bits.

Noonsaram (which is Korean for snowman) happened to be one of the few shops open on a Good Friday. Perfect as today, like any other summer day the past few weeks, was sweltering humidly hot!!!Ironically, G ordered the Tteokbokki (spicy Korean rice cake) which he got addicted to after I had introduced it to him years ago. The rest of us got either cold drinks, plus their shaved ice desserts - we chose the Mango Bingsu, Injeolmi Bingsu (which had rice cakes and a nutty topping), and Oreo Bingsu. The ice was milky and melt-in-your-mouth - perfect to cool down on a summer day! Taste-wise, we have tried better shaved ice desserts elsewhere, but Noonsaram’s were enough to satisfy our cool cravings then.

Hello Sweeties!Raffy and I were coming home from an event and we felt like having something sweet on the way home. We had planed to visit the cat cafe Uchi no Neko, but alas it closed down! To cheer her up, I took her to the nearest Korean Dessert Cafe which was Noonsam which mean snowman in Korean.Looking at the interior, I like the general feel of the place. The first floor had the cashier and a few tables, the 2nd floor was roomier and can accommodate a large group. The wifi is pretty strong and when we got there, there were very few diners. They have an interesting freedom wall, where Raffy left her mark. So we put our bags down, rested our tired feet and waited for our sweet treats.

I have been meaning to try this place for sometime now and finally last Friday I was able to go. Initially I was alone but eventually a friend joined me. I was planning to just order an injeolmi bingsu since I am alone but when I saw in the menu the kimbap and tteokbokki I couldn't resist to try them too!  My friend ordered the cheese bingsu.  He tried my injeolmi bingsu and said he will come back and order it next time.Love the injeolmi bingsu, kimbap and tteokbokki I ordered.  The bingsu ice is so fine! The kimbap is how I remember the ones I eat in Seoul.  The tteokbokki is not too spicy for me.  Love that they added fish cake in the tteokbokki.  I will have to come back and try the other food and bingsu on the menu. The staff were very friendly and helpful.  The place is very clean and spacious.

Being a fan of Korean food and culture, I've always wanted to try the bingsu here. I planned to only have dessert, but I got excited when I saw that they have tteokbokki. Although their best sellers are the cheese, Injeolmi, and strawberry bingsu, I was in the mood for their green tea and fruit. By the size and taste of each order, I have to say that P200 is a small price to pay for such a filling and delectable treat. On the other hand, the tteokbokki was average; it was warm and hardly spicy.
