My Thai is one of the few restaurants that I like but do not visit frequently. Not all of my friends and relatives like Thai food. The food is great, as always. However, the service in their Gateway branch is not as outstanding compared to their Eastwood mall branch. The dining area was very warm almost little to no airconditioning and the staff were unattentive and took ages to assist us.What we do like is the fact that you can also order from Pho Hoa's menu :)

Service = 2: slow service, crew was not attentive at all - literally no one daring to look at customers, we asked for an extra bowl which was never provided, bill also took too long even after following up twiceLocation = 2: no prob with me sitting outside but it was too warm, and again, it's a challenge getting any of the staff to notice youFood = 2 for tom yum: my go to order in any Thai resto. This was way too salty for everyone in our table, serving was stingy, not at all what the menu shows= 3.5 for pad thai and pork satay: tastes okay but I have had better; portion was decent; liked the peanut sauce= 2 for plain rice: at 60 bucks it was too dryDisappointing dining experience overall. I miss when this place was good when I first tried it in Eastwood. Regret coming back.

We came here on a Saturday evening. I was curious because I always passby this place when commuting to work. And so far, we're pretty much disappointed. Service is bad enough that I had to go get my water for myself when I already asked them twice for it. They asked us to have a bills before us even requesting it because apparently their cashier can't process orders fast. They got our orders mixed up and had to wait for our meal without being given an ETA. We were given two bill out receipts. It's a testament of incoordination and I can see no teamwork nor an initiative on all of the waiters. Everyone's bussing near the counter while where the customer's at, no waiter can be seen. Definitely a bad experience on service. Good thing the pad thai is good but you can definitely get better experience with better food on other thai restaurants. Such a bummer

Food is excellent! But like before and MUCH WORST NOW is the EXTREMELYSLOW POOR SERVICE. For a spoon I had to ask thrice, order of rice I had to ask 4 times and for water refill, I had to literally wave my hands up high. Waiters MUST BE TRAINED TO ANTICIPATE NEEDS OF CUSTOMERS BY PURPOSELY LOOKING AT CUSTOMERS AT THE TABLE. Waiters are too concentrated on just clearing the tables etc. Supervisor or manager MUST watch over daily operations OR TRAIN YOUR WAITERS CORRECTLY TO LOOK AT WHAT CUSTOMERS NEED! Waiters do NOT look at what people need and when told it takes AT LEAST 3-4 FOLLOW UPS. Ridiculous service!

Another client meeting again this time with good food! I have nothing but good words right now. I felt like i was in heaven whike i was eating. The chicken, crispy skin and juicy meat!!! The kang kong made spicy and the crunch if the veggie is this there. The shrimp rice is giving me allergies right now but it's worth it!! Defo worth every penny. The rice probably had a special sauce and you can tell that it was shrimp rice because of the taste. My only concern, the staff. Had to follow up out service water 3 times!!

After the UAAP game and in the hopes of avoiding the traffic caused by the green and blue squads, we decided to eat in Gateway Mall.. My Thai to be exact. Actually, it was a crossover type of restaurant where you could also order from the next store which is Pho Hoa - perfect for the times you and your food buddy each have your own cravings. We ordered the Shrimp Pad Thai, 3-pc Pork Sate and Spring Rolls. It wasn't spectacular, I could say I had better.. and to top it all off, the service was really bad. I wish their padthai came with an option to be spicy (and not just handing the customer chopped labuyo and a bottle of sriracha sauce). The wrapper of the spring rolls was chewy and a bit tough to eat as it sticks to your teeth. Nothing much to say about the sate as it is very typical and unoriginal.Maybe it was just because it's game day that they might have almost forgotten our pad thai.. but heck, they should be prepared and staffed appropriately based on the projected volume of people flocking in.

The staff is very friendly but the food is horrible. My Thai Kitchen chef or cook should learn how to cook real thai food. We are very disappointed. The chicken with basil doesn't taste and look like it supposed to be, the chicken salad is too much of vinegar and not even spicy. We will never try to eat there again unless they can cook real Thai food.

The place is far from my HQ but the hassle of a long commute is worth it. Food price is fair. For a group of 4: 300 php/person is good for 5 dishes and the serving size is more than enough. BUDGET FRIENDLY PLACE AND TOTALLY GREAT AND AWESOME FOOD.

I can eat Pad Thai anytime of day.  The popular stur fry noodle dish of Thailand has captured my tastebuds and held it hostage for quite sometime now. Funny,  I've never tried My Thai.  I say it's perfect timing as there is one on thw third level of Gateway.  I pass by this restaurant frequently and it's intriguing that it's always full of customers.  Okay, curiosity won and besides I haven't had pad thai in a while.¶ Shrimp Pad Thai (php 230).The serving is friggin huge,  i eat like a linebacker but i don't think I can finish this without reinforcements.  There are four crustaceans sitting comfortably on top of the rice noodles.  Hmmm...that's good as they don't skimp on ingredients.   The noodles are cooked perfectly and really flavorful.  They servr this with some tamarind sauce on the side. First time to add sauce on my pad thai, i was lil skeptical. As it turns out,  it is the best decision I've made.  The sauce enhanced the flavor to the nth power.  The only beef i had is that there is a scarcity of bean sprouts.Peace Out!~Reich
