Service - slow, extremely slow. No one smilesFood - pricey, but not worth the value of what you're paying for. Food did not look fresh. Portions were small. Ordered what website said the customers liked, and we didn't like it. I also got food poisoning. We went here yesterday. This was the first thing I ate all day and I immediately got sick right after. (And I'm still sick right now 🤢) Tried this place, but I don't think we'll be coming back.

2 stars just because the food is still good as the branch my fam & I always frequent at Galleria. It's my first time to eat at this branch and I was very disappointed with their customer service. I think it was the manager who took our order but we didn't feel welcome at all. Also, since the tables were so big, we seated at a table that were for 4 persons. She was so lazy to clear out the other plates and placemats she just placed it on the side of our table, and even placed the menus on top of it. It was all stacked beside us while we were waiting for our orders. There were no other guests during our visit. They didn't look like they were in the mood to serve anyone during our visit. Oh and after we finished eating, the stacked placemats, plates and menus were still beside us 🤷‍♀️

Not organized when serving their food. They prioritized other people who come. And waiting time is too long. We ordered full set and “ubos na lahat” saka darating yung rice

We've ordered their sweet and sour pork and fried seafood roll for 330php and 395php respectively. I love their sweet and sour pork! It was crunchy and the sauce was perfect! I would love to have it over and over again. On the other hand, the seafood roll was quite pricey for the quantity and quality. Five pieces for 395php and the fillings werw mostly carrots and onions and kani. It was good but not wow. I don't feel the price is justifiable for this. Overall, pleased with what we ordered and we plan to try out their other offerings next time.

Really disappointed with the service. We waited for more than 30 mins for the food and they didn’t inform us regarding the waiting time. They also got our order wrong and served different food.

Food is just okay. Not really super great or standout. Rating it a little low because the service was quite slow, and the food took a while to arrive.

We have eaten here more than once now. The food is quite nice but not really that great. It's Okay though. Here is where some improvement is needed. Consistency guys?  We really enjoyed the dish we had the first time we visited. It was really really nice. So the next time we visited a week later the same dish was pretty horrible and also much less generous . Also On our first visit the service staff were very nice to the point of being fun. The second time the staff were different people and honestly looked and acted as if they wanted to be anywhere but there. In saying this we would happily give them one more try.

We were just here a couple of hours ago. Decided to try their dishes as I am craving for tempura. The servings are ample for 1 person and are delicious, though I would suggest that they may try to improve the presentation to make it look even more appetizing. The waiters are nice and always on the move when you ask something. As for the price, this is a winner!

After a rigorous workout, I couldn't wait to get my tummy filled with savory filled dishes. It was timely that I was also craving for Chinese food, Mr. Choi came to my rescue. I had their best selling roast Lechon Macao paired with sweet and tasty Pork Asado on a bed of warm rice. I also got two starters, a bit of crisp and packed Radish Cake and classic dose of Tofu Skin. I had these familiar dishes with some of their crunchy dried chili. Thank you Mr. Choi for being around when it matters most. Too bad you ran of Xiao Long Bao, you do that dimsum well.
