I am really in awe and wondering why my family haven't gone to this place even for once.Owner and Chef Paul Huang gave us a warm welcome and a delicious sample of their best selling soup, steak anf dessert.PUMPKIN SOUP hot orange soup with pumkin flavor. It's thick and perfect to warm your throat on a cold windy Tagaytay weather.AUSTRALIAN SIRLOIN with Red wine shallot sauce, silky mashed potato and veggies. It is cooked medium rare, still moist and tender and every bite is indeed pleasurable.Malibu poached pineapple carpaccio withCandied Brandy basket and coconut ice cream!!!!!!I am very very delighted with this dessert. It is home made and eating it with a little bit of everything is the secret.Thank you so much!
