Verdict™I was browsing thru my old IG pics and I saw this pic of MexPress way back last year. And I thought, why not make a review in website. Afterall, I went there, tried their Burritos, although its a year overdue, imma write my experience about it anyway. Haha. Its a small Mexican stall. Basically a stopover or a Mexican to-go joint along Maginhawa. Good for snacks or if you're craving for some good ole Mexican delight.Must try: Super Burrito for 119phpChili con Carne for 85php your choice of Nachos or rice.Fast and Affordable. Fast and Affordable.ZO-MA-TO Would I recommend it?Highly recommendedRecommended ✔Kind ofI dont know / probablyNever

Went here because our orders at Snack Shack were taking so long. We were so hungry and we decided to find a snack while waiting for our burgers. My boyfriend knew this place but never tried it and he told me they offered buy 1, take 1 on burritos. Unfortunately, we went here on a Saturday and the buy 1, take 1 on burritos were only good for the weekdays. Instead, my boyfriend ordered a beef super burrito and it was hella good! I was torn between the burrito dog and the cheesedog wrap. We asked which was better and they told me the burrito dog was, so I ordered that. It was okay for me because I was craving hotdogs. Lol. I noticed that when you're tasting the burrito-ness of it, it's gone for your 2nd bite. Just don't expect much of the burrito flavor. But for me it was good, since I'm not so picky with what I eat. A cozy feeling inside, but the place was small but we really didn't care because we were the only ones there, and friendly staff! I told my boyfriend we should come back because I wanna try everything on their menu. Hihi. :) P.S. Sorry for the crappy photos. ^_^v

Better than Mexicali. It's waaay cheaper and tastier. The service was really fast and best eaten with a side of Good Burgers from next door.

First time to eat here along maginhawa, sikatuna, malingap since meshwe is closed we tried to eat here. Place is small. Self-service. Food are great! Yummy burrito with lots of flavor inside. As well as their nachos! Cheap price. Will be back for more!!!

I've tried their Chicken Quesadillas which was a bit dry and burnt. I didn't get to enjoy it but their Chicken Burrito was good. At least something to redeem my first dining experience in this place.

Food ordered: Super Burrito / Chimichanga / Ice Cream WrapHER FOOD BITES: Formerly known as Miggy's Super Tacos, Mexican Express still has the taste of their famous burrito. We really loved their crunchy vanilla ice cream wrap. Great for a Mexican dessert snack!HIS FOOD BITES: Whenever we are in the Teacher's Village area and in the mood for a Mexican quick-fix, Mexican Express is the place to visit for burritos. Despite the relatively cheap price of their burrito, the taste is great in my opinion. Take note though that due to the limited seats chances are you might have to purchase your burritos to go. About the venue: The place can only accommodate a maximum of around 10 people. Parking is along the road.Recommended for: FriendsValue: 200-500 per person

Today, to celebrate father's day, we ate at a place that my husband searched for so long already not knowing that they changed their name, Miggy's Super Tacos aka Mexican Express.I divided my verdict into three:Place, Taste, and PricePlace is 3/5 stars because it's quite small, also, it's not that cool inside despite the fact that it's air conditioned.Taste is 5/5 because it just is. The giant burritos are really big! And the taste is good. The burritodog is okay, the nachos are good! The chicken quesadillas lack taste and serving size. Lastly, we tried the ice cream wrap... Heaven! The wrap was warm and crispy ti the bite plus the cold soft serve, it's truly wonderful! Price is 4/5 because most of the food are worth their taste and serving size except the chicken quesadillas because it's not worth it; chicken's dry and the serving's small for me.Over all, it garnered an average score of 4 out of 5. Definitely coming back!

We saw this featured in Pop Talk so we decided to try this since their reviews were Pop. We ate here during dinner time. We ordered Buritto, Quesadillas and Flauta. Actually, when I entered the place I can sense that I wouldn't be happy and satisfied in their foods which is my instinct was so true. Foods were so anemic, not enough ingredients. Flautas wrappers were so thick. We just finished our food for 15 minutes because of small servings. We were not totally satisfied at all. We were still hungry after that. Waste of money.

The place was small, but somehow it was cozy and it has a relaxed feeling. It was 3 in the afternoon so there were only a few people inside. I can only imagine if the place would be packed with diners. I tried their Super Burrito and Super Taco. I love the freshness of the tomatoes, the hot jalapeños. It would be great if they toast the tortillas a little. If you live near UP and would like a quick mexican fix, I recommend this place. Prices are affordable too!

It is an unlikely food shop located along the renowed food street among foodies, the maginhawa street. Space could fill in up to 8-10 people inside and up to 6 people on their tables outside. An affordable mainstream mexican food could be avail for about 150 pesos and below. Cheap yet very appetizing, like their quesadillas, tacos and their mouthwatering super burritos with your choice of variance of chicken or beef. Wasnt a bad idea hovering your way to maginhawa district to savor the taste of mexican delish.
