If you like Filipino food, Mesa is probably good. I liked the food but the taste was unusal for my Indian taste buds. I had vegetables and chicken. The quantity was large and it was enough for two. I have never gone back there but the place is nice if you would like to try the local cuisine.

Ambiance is okay. I really just notice holes in their sofa. It's a big deal to me. We ordered the platter with bbq, chicken, tahong, liempo, squid, and shrimp. Nothing different with the taste but presentation and arrangement is nice. We also ordered sinigang na salmon. My standards on this dish is really high so I'd say the taste is just normal at best. Good thing with salmon sinigang is that it tastes good if you know basic cooking. Also ordered baby squid and laing. Laing is the best among what we ordered. They have many staff so that makes it easy for them to attend to you fast. The best thing about this dining experience is their ambiance so I'll recommend it if that's what you're after. The price is okay at best for the taste.

One of the best Filipino restaurants in the metro. We ordered our favorite items in the menu. I love the laing (served spicy and not too spicy), kare kare needs more meat. The rest were also yummy! Staffs were attentive and courteous!

If you’re craving for Filipino food, this is one of the choices in Tomas Morato. Some dishes are cooked/served in a contemporary approach so if you want to eat legit Filipino food you might want to try another restaurant but in the 4 times we ate here, I can say that the experience was nice enough to come back and eat here again.

A filipino place to satisfy your filipino cravings. For me, seafood is my target. Ordered their (1) Baked Scallops w/ Butter and it was hella good. The taste is just perfect, not too bland, not too salty. (2) Their Baby Squid in Olive Oil and Garlic is to die for (HAHA), with just this very dish, Mesa became one of my top filipino restaurants. Other than the food, staff were accommodating and were active (too much active actually, to the point that they’re singing to the bg music of the place 😆) though a bit inattentive. Price of the food is just right, approx. 350 per person (in a family) . Would definitely come back
