Won't you satay with myself, 'result in you're all I want? I admit I acquired horribly punny while taking in at the al fresco eating area of Me Like You Long Time. It had been our anniversary evening and we went adventuring along Maginhawa and due to budget constraints, we finished up sourcing meals from the various establishments in Malingap's Z Substance. One of these brilliant was Me Like You VERY LONG TIME, and despite my lobster nodding conspiratorially at the title and insisting that it's from Total Metal Jacket, nothing at all clicked. I stopped caring once the foods arrived, though. I acquired pho ("pho you!" I chuckled, because the waitress glared at me disapprovingly) while my Bicolano lobster experienced the spicier Thai poultry curry and poultry satay. The meals was hot in even more ways than one, therefore i balanced it out making use of their tasty Thai milk tea (if it's a Thai location, should I just contact it milk tea?) We capped away from the meal making use of their highly-suggested (by another website scout, believe it or not) langka ice lotion. The owners ensure it is themselves, also it was langka-mazing.

I've a soft place for Thai food since it is so near Bicolano food, that is what I was raised with. They appear to make use of coconut milk and chili in only about every dish, and I really like them for it, since it reminds of my father and how he loves to prepare. It's difficult to find a great Thai invest Manila though, which explains why I instantly fell deeply in love with Myself Love You VERY LONG TIME as soon as I took my initial bite out of these food. Snappy restaurant name aside (Full Steel Jacket, anyone? Or, you understand, South Park), their meals is really amazing, and I really like how they inquire you how spice you need your food to end up being. My girlfriend chosen a more sane quantity, while I went completely, and finished up chugging their incredibly nice milk tea for dear lifestyle. Ah, good times.

I'm just giving it 3 superstars because We haven't tried everything about the menu yet! That said, Me Love You VERY LONG TIME is among the more interesting food areas at the Z. I really like the homage to Stanley Kubrick painted on the wall structure (Full Metal Coat is one of the best movies!), and I discover myself mentally replaying the picture where in fact the Joker and Rafterman are experiencing afternoon beers as the Vietnamese prostitute saunters over and delivers her today immortalized spiel, to the tune of Nancy Sinatra's "These Boots ARE CREATED For Walkin'." The only real food I've tried in the menus is their Pad Thai (which isn't Vietnamese, BTW), which for under 150 pesos is a great bowl of vegetarian pad thai. I favor my pad thai to stability the umami of patis with plenty of citrus and perhaps a dab of sweetness. Me Like You Long Period's pad thai includes a great recipe for this, and confidence that I always create a bee collection for MLYLT whenever We'm from the Z Substance (if We'm not lining up for Meshwe instead!).
