Had a nice dinner, pleased with the sweet and spicy chicken, the chicken was very tender and juicy. The service is great, the staff are very polite, the foods came fast.

Just finished a good dinner with my family here. Totally satisfied about their food and services. I observed that even though there are many people during the time of our visit, we were immediately accommodated. Our orders are accurately delivered in a reasonable waiting time. The food was served properly, introducing the name of each food before putting in our table. I recommend their famous chicken with tinapa rice = perfect combination ;)

Had dinner here with my relatives. We had the Fried Chicken, Lumpiang Shanghai, Kare-kare,  Pancit Luglug, Buko Pandan Special and Coffee Jelly Crunch. I used to like the chicken but over the years, I grew tired of it and just prefer to order the Kare-kare whenever I dine here. When our food was served, we noticed that the Kare-kare was a bit dry. We complained to the server and asked if we could have the sauce re-filled. She didn't hesitate and immediately had it returned to the kitchen. The Kare-kare tasted good and it has ample servings of meat. Lumpiang Shanghai is still yummy. I also liked the Pancit Luglug as well. As for the desserts, I had the Buko Pandan Special which is my favorite dessert at Max's. My mom tried their new dessert which is the Coffee Jelly Crunch. For coffee jelly lovers, this is the one for you. I only wish they have bigger servings for the desserts. It's so small for one person. Service is great. We stayed a bit long because we were still waiting for one of our companions. We were already done eating but my cousin still hasn't arrived yet. We apologized to the waitress assigned to our table and she said it's okay.

The taste of their fried chicken is not good anymore. It's not even satisfactory. It is now salty and chewy. This branch also has a detriorating services. Chairs for the number of people is incomplete, food arrived super late and they gave us wet plates. Tsk! I am now wondering what's happening?

The usual "San tayo kain" led us back to Trinoma last Thursday morning. The B suggested to eat in Max's and the first thing that came into my mind was their delicious hot Sinigang! Perfect for the bed weather!!! We ordered their all time favorite fried chicken (I do not know what size though pero kasya samin dalawa infairness haha) and their Sinigang na Hipon. It was served after 10-15 minutes just like what was informed to us upon ordering. Their Sinigang na Hipon is already good for 2-3 persons. There were a lot of sahog and Hipon in it but the soup was probably just right for the 2 of us. I don't know if you can ask for soup refill tho haha! I do not need to elaborate how we love their chicken. Almost every Filipino knows how Max's chicken differ from the rest. :)I also want to commend how great the customer service is. Starting from the entrance they'll ask for your name which kind of gives you a personal touch to be called by your first name instead of the usual ma'am or sir. They are very corteous and they always like to refill our water glasses! Hehe good job! (I always like to review the restaurants that I visit but it was just funny that my boyfriend also wanted to review Max's because of their incredible service) taray!

The food is great. Aside from their specialties, I recommend their Chicken Sisig, Sizzling Tofu, and Adobo Rice. So far I haven't encountered low quality food here (unlike their Congressional Avenue, QC branch). The staff are courteous and nice. One thing I don't like here is that the place is usually packed so waiting time takes so long.

I usually don't include Max's on our list if we only have a limited time since I know that the food prep would take a while here. But this time, it did not. Since my boyfriend loves sinigang and I could not think of any restaurant in Trinoma that serves that, we went to Max's though we need to be quick since we will be watching a movie afterwards and of course we need to watch for the time. We were told that it would take 15-20 mins but to my surprise, it only took them less than 10 mins to serve our food! And the server assigned to us was really attentive. No need to call him for an Iced tea refill and he would know if we need anything. All in all, the service was superb! I will not talk about the food anymore since we only ordered the usual sinigang na baboy and their famous fried chicken which we all know is good. Good job, Trinoma branch!!

Dining here has been, by far, one of my worst experiences( it was very stressful and I am NEVER coming back here.) During the first 10 mins they were very accommodating but afterwards was disastrous. The service was poor and the food was below average. They weren't attentive with our orders, it was hard to get the attention of the waiters, and for some reason there was this waiter that kept avoiding eye contact with us. We had to wait 25-30 mins for the food to arrive and with a bit of a mix up and confusion. The place is not too clean either. We had to ask the same waiter for the bill 3 times before it arrived. We waited for Around 15-20 mins just for the bill to arrive and another 10-15 mins for them to receive the payment. The part we disliked the most was that we spent around 10-20 mins just to get the waiters' attention. And to be honest, given the poor food and service, what they charge is 3x more than their worth. Out of everything we ordered, the only thing that tasted good was the rice. Everything else was plain, dry and not worth their price. Overall, dining here was a terrible experience.

My experience here was not that good. My mother and I were so hungry and we went here to satisfy our cravings for sumptuous meal. We ordered chicken but it wasn't that good and delicious as it used to be, aside from the fact that it shrank in size, "malungkot" na siyang tingnan. It was dry and hard to chew. Mas na-stress ako kesa nabusog.

Classic pinoy food. Especially love their sizzling tofu. However, I noticed that in my past few visits here, their chicken (not the spring one) becomes smaller and smaller everytime. Hope they just adjust the price instead of serving small portions.
