I've had Pancit Luglug several times and really liked it only once before but Max's version is terrific; Very flavorful, delicious, though it could use more shrimp, pork, and cabbage... not that I'm complaining. I wolfed it down. :)I don't care too much for presentation, but the Tofu with lechon was really bad. I mean, it tasted stale. The fried tofu should have been crispy on the outside and soft on the inside but their tofu was tough and underwhelming. Also, the portion was very small, they literally had 4 pieces of lechon meat in it. Disappointing.Good thing I ordered their halo-halo. Thankfully, they didn't skimp on the ingredients and gave me generous amount of milk, toppings, and scoop of ice cream. Definitely the saving grace.

It was my Recognition when we eat here at Max's. We ordered Pancit Canton, Tofu Sisig (it's my favorite), Max's Signature Fried Chicken and Lumpiang Sariwa. The food was good and great price!

We have enjoyed a visit to this place . We must admit we only went for dessert and Halo Halo it was. Firstly the food itself. Very very nice and well executed. But that is not what really stuck us. What we really loved was the professionalism of the staff and the general friendly attitude. Well done! A very rare thing to see in the Philippines. Good service!

All time favorite Filipino restaurant! Whether I am with my friends or family, we really enjoy the food and the classic vibe. The taste of the dishes never change. On our recent visit, we ordered chopseuy plate and fiesta plate combo meal. Nice staffs and good service also.
