Affordable and legendary. Their fried chicken is super lambot and tasty, not oily at all. I like their staff's uniform as well. Their brand endorsers are well-known.

Max's is a one of the best Pinoy restaurants in the country. I don't know anyone who doesn't love it.Food: Aside from their famous fried chicken (that falls off the bone), I love Max's Pancit luglug, Tofu Con lechon and Pancit Canton plus the yummy caramel bar ( I always bring home a box of it)Service: I guess I could say that the service in all Max's are the same, the staff are very welcoming and polite. Serving time though differs depends on the number of customer dining in.Place: Whenever I dine here, there are always lots of people eating, regardless what time of day it is.

On a recent food trip, surprisingly Max's was our best experience. Yes, sometimes when you try new places they disappoint. I actually suggested here for safety. I also miss having their chicken paired with their own Banana ketchup. (yum) Here we tried new dishes which include Kambing or Goat and Squid. I find them appetizingly God additions as it was presented differently while still maintaining Filipino taste. The sauces of both dishes were also delightful. For my regular pick, I got chopseuy which was good but served in tiny amounts. Looked even fewer with its big plate. The dessert sampler at Php 215 is value for money. Among the four, the Ube flan beats the classic Leche Flan, Buko Pandan and seemingly out of place, Brownie Ala Mode.

It’s never too late to  again experience the classic taste of Max’s Fried Chicken. This has been a Pinoy much loved since 1945. The years of service in this type of industry is awesome. Max’s Restaurant here in Robinson’s Galleria has a huge capacity. Their place has always been close to similar but not the same to all their other stores.

we stayed in holiday inn last weekend so we ate dinner in max's in robinson galleria its a satursday so we need to wait in queue for us to be seated we order one whole chicken and sizzling tofu which we usually love the food is great the place is clean but very masikip and maybe because of the number of customers you need to make an effort to get the attention of their service crew but all in all we enjoyed the food and my mom like their promo if you take out one whole chicken you'll get free one bottle of ketchup which we like very happy tummy!
