Reviewing for their delivery, although we've dined in here, as well as taken out food (both with superb service). So I used the website App to order food. There was a slight mishap, but food still arrived on time. Kudos to the staff of Max's E Rod (Sir Marvin) for the assistance and follow-up, and to the nameless staff of website chat for the quick reply and assistance (even though it says "currently offline"). As always, sarap to the bones 😊

So far the coziest Max's Restaurant I've been too! This branch gets a 5.0 rating from me! The food is great and the place is ideal for company or org. meetings.

Always the favorite chicken resto for me and my family. Love the classic tender to the bone fried chicken. Another favorite is the sizzling tofu and the Yummy ube decadence for dessert

Went here last night with my family to have our dinner while waiting for a relative inside St. Luke's Medical Center since this branch is located just right across the hospital. The service was great all staff and servers were very attentive to our needs. Unfortunately the food we ordered were all tasteless and different from the taste, we remembered having from other branches. The serving size was also horrible for its price.

Food is great especially their chicken. We tried their sinigang na hipon and bangus on separate occasions. Great service, they provide coupons twice. TWO Thumbs up! If you are not that hungry, try their whole spring chicken. It's good for two. If you are hungry, the family chicken will do. Good for 3 to 4 persons. :)They offer cakes and bread.

Service was terrible. I can't even count how many times we had to follow up our order. We had an internship nearby and decided to spend our 1-hour lunch break at Max's but two of my friends waited 30 minutes for their meal, the other two waited 45 minutes, and I wasted the full hour waiting. When my order didn't show any signs of arriving any soon, I cancelled it. I was infuriated, and the waiters or any of the staff didn't bother apologizing. I left Max's and took out a meal from Jollibee instead, making me show up late for my work.

Service is okay, though a bit slow. We ordered their Chicken Sisig Rice bowl (P165), Platter Meal (P275), and 2 ensaymada (P35). Food is served cold, chicken is as hard as a stone. The egg on the Chicken sisig is burnt.Singlamig ng bangkay! Yung fried chicken, bukod sa malamig, singtingas din ng kamao ni Pacquiao. Yung chicken sisig muntik naging sili sisig at yung Pancit parang frozen na nilagay sa microwave. The only good thing is the caramel bar. Pero all else, waley. Worst Max's branch. I asked if the branch is a franchise, they said yes. No doubt.

Visited the area and had that craving for some chicken. Good thing Max’s was there to say the day. Started out with their soup of the day and cream of mushroom soup, ordinary but a good start. Had a regular half chicken that’s perfect with their sauce — ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and some hot sauce. The skin is thin and crispy while the meat is soft and tender. Paired it with their delicious sizzling tofu (not for someone who’s on a diet because of the mayonnaise).

Every year i travel to the Philippines and everytime i always dine at this restaurant. There's nothing i could fault so therefore i gave the venue the highest possible score. Great friendly waiters/ waitresses, best restaurant for Filipino dishes and the desserts are something i always look forward to having! Love the dining environment also, can't wait to come back here!!

Nagpa-deliver na ako two times sa max’s e.rod ng Crispy Pata rice bowl and both were a very huge disappointment. Walang laman. Puro taba lang binigay sakin. Ni isang pirasong puro laman wala. Very disappointed. Not ordering from e.rod branch again. I’ve tried the Crispy Pata bowl in other branches and their servings were good. I don’t know what’s with the e.rod branch. 👎🏽
