The service can be much better. It can really make a big difference to the dine in experience to your guests. The staffs were unhelpful, they let the trainee to do all the work without assistance. The manager was nice and heard all our feedback for the betterment of the service. Don't be deceived by the looks. And please, don't serve broken egg for breakfast.

This branch is a bit better than the Ali Mall branch, but only a little bit. The chicken is good, but everything else is meh. The only reason we come back is the chicken.

NEVER CONSIDER FOR ANY EVENTS!!! We had our baptismal party here hoping that it will be convenient for us since the package is all in! Had our reservation from 12nn till 3pm and all they did was ask if they can serve the food! After that they didn't do anything! No party and no hosting!! So it was just like we ate in a restaurant and left! Food were even cold!!! Would be much better and cheaper if we just reserved in a buffet restaurant! we will never consider this restaurant ever in our future events!! Definitely i will NEVER recommend this to anyone!!

I ordered chicken with rolls but they gave me a really cold rolls with butter. The staff were not friendly enough. TBH, wala silan sinabi sa friendliness ng mga taga Max’s San Fernando La Union where I also ordered the same thing. Dapat freshly heated yung rolls, kasi magbibigay ka ng butter eh, di ba? So ine-expect mo, matutunaw yung butter sa malamig na bread rolls? How insufficient!

I'm thinking of lunch, here I am trying again tha Spicy Chicken and Honey Glazed Crispy Pata. Waited 20-25 mins for takeout. That's too long for me. The spicy chicken is not that spicy like when I had it before. The Crispy Pata is just fine. The servings in reality is just for 2. Or maye just for me.
