An all-time favorite restaurant - I dunno to you but Max's has been part of our family weekend dinners over the years. Their signature chicken with kamote fries is something that keeps us going back. The Main Event- Mushroom Soup- Plain Rice- Half Spring Chicken- Pinakbet- Box of Caramel BarsTheir chicken has been the same for years, however, their mushroom soup was not creamy and the veggies in Pinakbet are sort of undercooked. Blanched, yes. But undercooked? If that is their way of cooking Pinakbet, at least we have something in mind what not to order next time. Moreover on the customer experience, the staff at Fairview Ayala Terraces are the friendliest. They've never miss a smile once you call them. Superb customer service! We were billed around P800 for two, inclusive of service charge.Time of visit: 26 May 2015 18:00

You could expect a good restaurant function services at Max's Restaurant, we had haley’s 4th birthday in Max’s Quezon Avenue and we decided to try out the new Max’s Restaurant in Ayala Fairview Terraces. The venue and the amenities were already prepared when we came there half an hour before the reception started. The tables were set, even the sound system, decors, photo booth and the center table. The staff were courteous, quick to serve and efficient. The food was unquestionably delicious, after all it's the House That Fried Chicken built. We had Veggie Lumpia Bites, Soup of the Day, Pancit Canton, Menudo, Cream Dory Fish Fillet in Black Bean Sauce, Chopsuey, Max’s Regular Fried Chicken, Rice, Caramel Bar and Drinks for the adults table. For the kids, we had 1 pc. Fried Chicken, Spaghetti, Juice and Ice Cream. We had to add 3 more tables and chose the per table menu B for the additional guests where they had: Max’s Fried Chicken, Soup of the Day, Oriental Beef with Mushroom, Sweet and Sour Fish Fillet, Pancit Canton, Plain Rice, Roasted Nuts, Frozen Fruit Salad and drinks. I have to say food was undeniably delicious and the guests really enjoyed it. The party facilitator was also nice and accommodating. The only thing that I wasn’t happy with was the space of the venue. It wasn’t enough to accommodate 100 pax so they had to open the function room and extended it to the restaurant. All in all, it was a 9 out of 10 for Max’s Restaurant in Ayala Fairview Terraces.

Just got our 3rd "regalo ni ninong Max" on my son's 3rd birthday- 1 whole super delicious chicken you'll ever taste in the philippines!! Luckily, we still have 4 birthdays and 4 christmas total of 8 free chickens more. Hahaha. Celebrated my son's 1st birthday in Max's years ago was really an amazing plan. 😉😊

Our default restaurant when family visits this mall. Foods are usual chicken and Filipino dishes. Service is prompt and crew works fast. Not that pricey as well.

To be specific. The Max's I dined in to was the one in QC Circle. We went there for a baptismal. And wow, Max's food is already good. But when you celebrate your birthday or anything at Max's you'll get lots of benefits. Like- having gifts from them for the next birthday and stuff. Its cool! I wish someday I can celebrate in Max's too. :3
