I have nothing good to say in this restaurant aside from the staff being polite. The servings are sooooo small as platito lang and the wait time is unbelievably longgggg! Pumila na ko para mag withdraw sa atm at bumili ng cup cake for my kid and when I get back to Mangan, I still arrived to an empty table!Their sisig tastes like the ones you can buy from monterey and it tastes so bland! They should get some lesson from Sisig Hooray on how to cook a decent sisig.Pusit ala pobre tastes like gisadong pusit and I swear my mom can cook it better!Lechon Paksiw has a karinderya like quality. No, let me correct that, is better because you won't have to pay a few hundred bucks for it!This restaurant ruined our day and we will never be coming back!

Good food and good service. We ordered the Beef Bulalo and Crispy Pork Adobo; both dishes exceeded our expectations. They ran out of Puto Bumbong though.

The staff are polite and alert. The food service was quite slow tho. For a family of three, the serving of the food was enough and it’s really good!

Some food were average and inconsistently cooked, staff were polite though.Recently, our group decided to have our lunch at Mangan. We were a group of 10 people so we decided to take 2 orders of every food that we chose. Food servings were okay for the price, maybe good for at least 3-4 people. I noticed the inconsistencies with the flavours. For an instance, the taste of pork sinigang. One was sour, while the other one was a bit salty. Same thing happened with the pancit/chinese noodle. I think they should strictly have precise cooking instructions and ingredient measurements. There is nothing special with their fried chicken. However, I would like to commend their pinakbet, ensalada, and kare-kare. Though, I wish that they could lessen the peanut butter in their kare-kare. I thought it's too much.

WILL NEVER GONNA EAT THERE AGAIN.Overpricing foods are just auuuughhhhh. Then yung lasa is just so common and not even that delicious. How can you price your food that expensive then yung servings is only for 1 person WTF!!! Staffs are good thooo. Nothing else is good

Typical Filipino food. Tasty but nothing unique. We opted to dine outside because the area inside smelled like the whole kitchen and the puto took longer than expected to be served.

Indeed, it’s traditional meets contemporary at Cabalen’s other brand called Mangan. The restaurant’s name which is the Pampango word for eat entices its guests with their unique and mouthwatering Kapampangan cuisine. If you want to experience Kapampangan flavors at its finest, Mangan is the perfect place. With its modern ambience and traditionally cooked meals, what more can you ask for?

Our go to restaurant in SM North EDSA during lunch when every place there is packed. For this visit we had bulalo, sisig and binagoongang babi. Food is tasty but nothing special. For the binagoongan if you're used to the salty kind don't expect that here, theirs is on the sour side (lots of tomatoes).Don't expect good service during peak hours. Space is too tight especially if you're a large group.

The foods were all great. But, I think they lack of people. (Waiters) because many people of course will have a lot of demands. And for our experience, we ordered first then another table ordered. Sadly, the people who ordered last, was the first one to get their foods. :(Anyway, I will not give them a bad rating because of that.I'll still rate them properly because the foods were delicious especially their Kare kare.

We went to eat lunch at Mangan Sm North EDSA , The restaurant was full of people despite it was a weekday . We ordered laing with dulong , adobong pusit, pritong okoy , lechon paksiw, 4 cups of white rice, tibok-tibok and halo-halo as dessert.  We got a complimentary appetizer - fried camote chips and love the book shelves . We can read books while waiting for our orders. The waiters and friendly staffs  took some to chat with us.Our group paid Php 1,500.Liked almost all the dishes except the laing ( our group was composed of Bicolanos ) and halo-halo . Our group was just lucky to be at the restaurant before lunchtime .
