We were a group of 7 and happily feasted the following: Peking Duck (two-way), Malaysian squid, fried oyster with XO sauce, prawns with walnuts, spinach soup, laway chicken and fried rice. We were served by Sir Danny who was very efficient and kind enough to advice us the size of our orders. Will definitely come back for our next Chinese craving.😊

We had lunch here for my son's birthday. Parking for one is difficult. Then seating next is ignored. No one was attending the podium out front. We had to call someone to ask where we can be seated. The girl who attended us was actually scowling like she didn't want anymore guests coming in. We were seated at the 2nd floor where the table linens looked old. But at least dining service is acceptable. Grilled fish is the best thing we've had and it should be as it was the most expensive item on the bill at Php1500. While the noodles guisado, shanghai, beef and yang chow just acceptable.

My parents love to dine here at mandarin sky as they have their favorite dishes: lohanchay, watercress soup or wintermelon soup, and soy chicken or three cup chicken. It is a bit hard to park here as there is only limited parking space. When we get the stuffed chicken with glutinous rice, we get so full easily. Plus, they served it pretty quickly too. Better come here on a weekday lunch time. It gets so full during Sunday lunch that there are no available seats.*sidenote, love that they change the seats.

For someone who loves Chinese this is the Place to be. Each orders can be chosen to either small medium or large. Food choices that were ordered are simple. Yang chow fried rice, pepper and vinegar spare ribs, bolonchow, and oyster x.o.

We frequent dining in this restaurant for two reasons: 1. our relatives know the owners, and 2. their food always get our nod of approval. Food from their menu is delicious and a treat for the tastebuds, especially for those who love Chinese cuisine like me. Dinner here always feels like a party, and we always spend our Mooncake Festival yearly in Mandarin Sky. The space at the second floor or the function room on the first floor is enough to accommodate large families. From their stewed shark's fin soup and sliced abalone with vegetables to sizzling dishes such as the beef tenderloin cooked Chinese-style and roasted meat and poultry, just about everything is memorable and tasty. Appetizers (dim sum) are things that are hard to say no to. I especially like the cold prawn salad. Another personal favorite is the deep fried chicken roll with mango which reminds me of childhood. Their fresh seafoods also are the best. Prawns with sweet chili sauce and crystal prawns are must-orders. What we also like about Mandarin Sky is that they serve lots of vegetarian-friendly dishes and they have dedicated one to two pages of their menu for vegetarians/vegans.As I said, we’ve eaten our fair share of their food, and this restaurant in Banawe is most certainly our jam. Come to Mandarin Sky with a group and put your phone away. You’re going to need everyone’s undivided attention to eat and accomplish as much as you can, and have an excellent time while you’re at it. As long as you save room for desserts at the end, you’ve done it right! My recommendations are the almond jelly with lychee and iced mango sago. The prices are reasonable, so you can definitely justify driving here whenever you are in Metro Manila, and it’s absolutely worth the trip.

This is definitely a gem for me. We ordered lemon chicken, beef satay hofan, walnut shrimp, sweet and sour pourk, siomai, and hakaw. The lemon chicken, hofan and walnut shrimp were so good. The shrimp was huge and creamy. The walnuts add another texture to the dish. The sweet and sour pork and lemon chicken were even better when we ate our leftovers the day after. The servings were huge and freshly cooked. The dimsums were a bit disappointing. There was nothing special to them. But overall, I was very impressed with my food and would love to come back here with my family.

One of the best Chinese restaurants. Our favorite order is the eel rice, it's one of their specialties. We also recommend the salted egg crabs, quite tasty. Prawns with walnuts is also good, the first time we tried it. The food is excellent. What is disappointing about our visit is the service. We needed to keep on following up our orders, we even cancelled our soup because we already finished eating but it's still not finished.
