My sister treated us to lunch since its her birthday. We ordered chicken wings, pork chop steak, creole grilled chicken & barbecued chicken. My son didnt like his porkchop steak since the meat is paper-thin. Judging by the way it was presented, it looked like chicken skin.

For affordable steak and ribs Mad Mark's should be on your list. And if you're a huge sweet tooth or just love ice cream, you should try their ice cream. They are thick and creamy. I'm a huge fan of their half baked madagascar.

It’s been a while since I last ate at Mad Marks but this is our first time in this branch. My fave has been their St Louis Chicken with The Jack Daniel sauce but the sauce I got seemed more tomato based than Jack Daniel based.. that was a bit disappointing for me. We were seated at a table near the entrance where people gather because they were waiting to be seated so it was not quite the best seats to be during pandemic.

Good food.  So - So service.  Unable to talk to higher management bcause no one answers texts, or gives out email addresses. Is there an email address by which I could speak with top management, particularly the UP Town Center branch?

the burger was good but the bottom bun got soggy from the sauces. The potatoes were great. The soy garlic sauce was original. The coffee deserves more hype.

Ribs have a huge servings, but for the taste nothing special but it's soft and fall out from the bones so i guess it's okay. Side dish of corn and carrots is okay but a little bit of bland. Their house salad is a no-no for me. Veggies is not fresh and almost soggy.Creole chicken is uhmm good? but lack of special factor, (the dish that is okay but you will not order again) but i like that they make the breast part chicken taste interesting.Overloaded frites - Best of all of our orders. Must try! Fat chips with loaded toppings will fulfill your stressful soul.Their icecream is the best! So far i like the chocolate cookie and Matcha Oreo. But for a small scoop of 99. A bit rip off, Though icecream have well ingredients and well balanced.Rate 3.5 kuddos to our pretty waitress!
