I had a sudden craving for lugaw so me and my wife decided to have a midnight snack in this joint. The place was ok for a "lugawan". I ordered their best seller pilugaw and it didn't disappoint. It was really tasty especially when coupled with chili garlic sauce. Their tokwa't baboy though was just ordinary. Their pricing was quite stiff. For one order of pilugaw, tokwa't baboy and one coke in can, we shelled out around P295.00. Nevertheless, got what I came for...a full tummy.👍🏼😁 No complaints here. Hehe!

This place is nice, better than their old location. Lugaw (plain) is good. Thick and full of flavor, add patis to complete it. Aleta which is a deepfried thin liempo is a good appetizer. They have set meals and affordable. Good sinigang. Kare kare is overpowered by the peanut butter but ok.Fatima (staff) is nice and courteous. She recommended items to try too.

We've been going here circa the old branch days. I'm really happy they moved and got a slick new resto! It's beautiful!Good quiet lunch on a lenten Friday and there were about 2-3 tables occupied. We ordered the basic lugaw. Hot and tasty as always! The top layer was malabnaw and you had to dig in to get to the thicker layer, which is what I really like about lugaw. The tripe was a gulity pleasure on a lenten Friday. The calamares was fine! The squid was soft and the breading was a bit thick. Good mix with the sauce. Classic comfort food.We ordered pancit malabon. It was good for 2-3 people, and I was excited about it. I was unfortunately left underwhelmed. It wasn't as flavorful as I expected. It had too much of a fishy taste and the noodles fell apart. Had to squeeze a lot of calamansi on it to make up.All in all, it was a good experience. The lugaw is always a good choice. Would have ordered halo halo or something cold but my companion was sick. So many good choices on the menu; can't wait to try the others!

I love the food, we ordered basic lugaw with extra quail egg, crispy tokwat baboy, crispy okoy and breaded porkchop. Everything was yummy! Made the sick little me happy. But what really irked me was the service. You know service will be bad when the first two dishes served were wrong. It took 30 minutes for our breaded porkchop to be served, that my husband was already full from eating the other food, and I was already done eating! Good food and good place cannot quite compensate for very poor service.
