Egg tarts. How did the Portugese make those delicious egg pastries? I will never tire of buying Lord Stow's. Delicious treats available all day. Just don't mind the unsmiling lady who's at the counter. She's probaby having a bad day.

Portuguese eggtarts ( actually should be Macau eggtarts) are delicious. I prefer them compared to Hong Kong eggtarts. Actually I don't mind eating them cold, since it is proven that carbs eaten cold has a LOWER glycemic index.one bite isn't sweet, but as you get another one, and again another one, it keeps getting sweeter.I took an exemption of these tarts in giving a low review. I said before that the price should not be disproportionate with the serving.( @ 42 per piece, it doesn't come off as cheap), however I consider tarts as desserts, a craving to be indulged in once in a while. Can't they do something about the puffiness? Top should be on the same level as the crust, but these tarts are LUBOG. Does that mean they didn't add more eggs or scrimp on the ingredients?

I make it a point to stop by their bakery located in Banawe, QC every time I drive through that street going to NLEX. They've got the best egg tarts I've ever tasted! Period. Can't wait for their store opening in Robinson's Magnolia soon. Three thumbs up for this joint!!! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Their Egg tarts are to die for. Warm in your hands but melts in your mouth the moment you decide to take a bite. The rich taste and texture on top of the crunch crust makes for a really good dessert that can substitute for a light snack as well.

Lady was condescending when we were asking for prices... why oh why? Still bought though because egg tarts are yummy. But service is like a sheep. Baa-aah-ahh-d 🐑😒
