I don't know what it is with the staff but it's not an exaggeration to say their staff is shockingly rude and unprofessional. I've dined in their restaurant thrice already and it's the same treatment from most of their staff.I had one instance where I had to transfer to an outdoor table. I asked for water and the waiter only pointed at the table where I first sat and says, "ayun yung tubig nyo o", and walked away. Another instance is when we were waiting for our bill. We walked towards the retail shelf where they sell herbs and spices. I handed the waiter like 5 packs of spices that I wanted to buy and I asked if he could add it to the bill. He looked at the items, nods, whispers something like, "Ano ba 'to", looks at his colleague and goes back inside the kitchen. Doesn't give a rats ass about the items I wanted to purchase. His colleague came back to me with the bill without the retail items. Lost sales. This does't included how they take orders like they're always in a hurry and walks away even when youre not done ordering. My guess, other than lack of training, is that the restaurant is understaffed. Bad service is really a pet peeve. But I love their food. So I'm giving them a 2 instead of going all the way down to 1.

i went to india last year and ive been craving for authentic indian food in the metro. little india was so spot on, super same flavors and spices!!!!
