For price affordability, air-conditioned environment, and sufficient choices to choose from their menu, this Chinese restaurant which began in Banawe is gradually expanding its branches to nearby Cordillera st. corner E. Rodriguez. Taste-wise, food flavor is not that exotic but is worth the price and quantity, and is acceptable to the common pinoy palate. Don't expect fancy designs or presentations of the food you order, though.

Sobrang sarap ng food at andami ng servings. Though medyo natagalan ako sa pag serve ng pagkain. Almost 20 minutes after maserve yung ulam, syaka lang dumating yung rice.

One of my favorite Chinese restaurants. The price, quality and quantity of their food is no doubt, worth it. Great for pigging out with the family. Though downside was the xiaolongbao, which is too dry and missing the soup, which made it look and taste like siomai.

...food that is served quickly, with a convenient location and offering a selection of tasty (MSG-filled) entrees, this restaurant serves dishes like any generic Chinese fast food place. though there is nothing out of the ordinary to make it stand out, it does deliver a quick pick me up when one is craving for some Chinese take out.

It is always crowded here but it show that they got good food and the right pricing. My best and favorite food here is the Singapore bihon. It is chewy, soft, and yummy. No regret.

Large servings at very affordable price! However, staff should further improve their customer service. They should be more approachable and cheerful no matter how busy they are. My friend already went to the take away section because staff were not attending to her request. I would not say that they were busy as there were still lots of empty seats though. They should also give enough time for their customers to review the menu and decide what to order. Please don't make us feel pressured!

While waiting for rain guards to be installed in my car, I had a really late lunch here at Lam Tim Tea House. It was 3 pm already and this restaurant still had a line. It must be good here, I said to myself. The place had a typical Chinese ambiance. It was also quite untidy, types of furniture and fixtures lackluster. They do win on food, however, which matters more. I got quite a fill as I ordered three dishes, all for me to finish. I got their best sellers, headed by Spareribs Rice. This aluminum bowl had a signature taste with ample servings. Not so fatty pork too. I also got Hakao, which was filled with delicious shrimps, unlike others which serve mostly air and wrap. For some dose of fiber, I got Broccoli Shrimp as well. For just Php 290, this was a steal deal. It had a generous amount of well-cooked shrimps and crispy broccoli. If you are looking for a Le Ching alternative, check this place out. The price points are more affordable, portions up and the taste is authentic.

Lam Tin Tea House isn’t fancy and that’s okay. The important thing is you won’t be disappointed when you dine at this humble Chinese restaurant in Banawe.
