How should I say this without sounding too patronizing? I love this branch! We have been going here since it opened. We love the staff and crew especially chief (their guard. he's no longer working here though). There was a point that we hung out here every single afternoon. I also schedule my meetings here. Also my business meet-ups. My dogs are so welcomed here. We used to get freebies here too like their glazed donuts and it was gold! Thank you guys from my doggies Diesel, Moichi, Maxximus, Jambalaya, Bulgogi, Chevron, and Mustard. When smoking was banned in Cubao, out visits became lesser but we still buy to go! We were also brokenhearted when we thought you guys closed but saw that you're just renovating.

I love KK but this branch is really awful. Whenever I go to Gateway, I always make sure to drop by this store but for a lot of times I've been here, they never had chillers.

Passed by this branch to get a quick coffee and donut. Had their latest flavor cheese brulee, gotta say these new flavors are really hitting the spot. Their iced americano was also good and strong. The perfect pair.
