If you're looking for a Katsu fix at an affordable price, this is the place to go to. For just P180, you can get the Cheese Katsu with rice, miso, shredded cabbabe, and fruits. Just add P20 and you get a glass of soda or iced tea. Serving size is reasonable (i had 3 slices left after finishing the rice) and food quality is good. This new stall at Trinoma's Food Court specializes in Mille Feuille-style Tonkatsu and it gives you a lot of choices.

I liked their signature dish, which is their Kimukatsu. Their curry is great and having a salad and a miso soup makes it worth while. What I liked is how it is presented and judging how they served it they can value their customers well, especially since it is my first time eating here. Great job!

We honestly had not been going to food courts lately so when we ended up at the food court last night. We were really surprised and happy to see Kimukatsu. The photos and their presentation definitely made our mouth water. We were also happy that their set meal was really affordable and their service is really fast. For P 180 only, I got the Cheese Katsu meal. Yes, it includes rice, miso soup and a cabbage salad. The serving as expected is quite small and the cheese filling was minimal in taste. However, I was already satisfied with it considering its price. Usual Japanese food can be quite costly, but then again the servings are usually larger. The katsu was crisp and the sidings goes well with it. Also, expect to get legit Japanese rice. I'll definitely return for this again when I have a low budget and I want quick Japanese food.

As far as food court food goes, this is pretty much on par with the rest. I had the garlic variant, and it was mediocre I would say. Their soup and salad are fine, no faults there. The biggest knock on them is their rice, which is pretty poor, being overly mushy or wet long grain rice. The pork itself was just fine, there was nothing notable about it, nor did any notable garlic flavor show. This is okay to try if you find yourself in the food court, it's not the best or worst out there.

Famous for its 25 Layer Mille Katsu. It was suprisingly delicious! I love how they make their sauce and how sticky their rice is. My mom and I tried their Garlic and Cheese flavored Katsu. It is definitely one of my fave Katsu in town. Your food will have a Coleslaw and Soup too! You will be suprised how fast it will make you full I just hope they'll have other branches. 🍱🎌
