🌸 Location is accessible along Tomas Morato🌸 Limited parking space🌸 Good place and well furnished🌸 Ramen has a plain and ordinary taste🌸 The gyoza is quite fishy but can manage with seasonings and other special sauces. 🌸 Serving time is a little too long.🌸 Price ranges from 250-600 pesos

I was so disappointed with my last visit here. It used to be my family’s go to Japanese restaurant this part of town. Most if not everything in the menu has been downsized or downgraded. Probably this is how they cope with the TRAIN Law. But the funny thing is they have increased their prices across the menu. I will surely not comeback here.

Doesn’t want to deliver food, asked if 6pm was okay and took it back again. Our house is just a street away :( willing to pay for delivery anyway??? 🤷🏻‍♀️

They accept customers til 11PM. The place is okay.Food was okay too. I like the gyudon and fried potato/sweet potato something. It’s delicious. It’s cut is so so so thin, like thin fries cut.

Came here for New Year’s dinner without making reservations so we were fortunate to get seats even though we were upstairs. Food was good, but the timing of serving the dishes was off. My son was almost finished eating his Teriyaki Rice + gyoza whilst I stared into space waiting for my order. I had to follow up twice before finally getting my food, and my son was done eating by then. It took forever to get the bill so I decided to just go down to the cashier to pay.

Enjoyed their agedashi tofu and ponchi. Shoyu ramen is just right to the taste but the pork is not as tender as it should be. Kani tamadon was good. The portions/serving size was just right. The plating though was bland and just so so.

Kimono Ken is one of the restaurants in the area that serves authentic Japanese food. When it comes to Japanese food, you can count on this one.Food - 4.5/5Sushi was fresh, gyoza was well cooked, yatikory was delicious. All in all I had a wonderful experience eating the food.Service - 3.5/5All was well until my mom had a bit of an issue with her SC discount but the crew apologized and everything was ok.Venue - 4/5Place is ok though it seems a bit dark or maybe just because of the weather. Also, for me, the sound that they were playing was not appropriate for their venue.

Chicken cheese roll was surprisingly good. Ordered this with fried rice. The ambience was modern and stylish. The place can get busy during evenings. Service was okay.

Japanese Date Night with the husband. We originally wanted Ramen but the place we wanted to visit closed down for business that we ended up with Kimono Ken.When we came, the staff greeted us politely and ushered us immediately to a corner couch which was perfect.California Maki for starters was good. The serving was big enough for 2 people, the taste was okay since it was freshly made by the chef. My husband ordered for Pork Katsu Curry and he liked it - my husband is a picky eater so when he likes a dish, he likes it and its good! I ordered for Katsudon to try something new and it was good. The pork was a combinaymtion of fats and meat and serving size was big enough for me. I also ordered for Negi Ramen since I was craving for spicy ramen that night - the ramen they served was perfect for the craving I had, it was pakced with the right spicyness that I was looking for but it got cold too fast.Ambiance was cozy and very quiet. The staffs were accommodating and efficient. Value for money was okay. They also have a variety of fresh seafoods and dishes that they can offer.

We tried their Green Tea Jelly and Coffee Jelly. The flavor of the green tea from the Green Tea Jelly was delectable. If you're a green tea lover, this is definitely a must try. The Coffee Jelly, on the other hand, was as expected, nothing special, but ice cream is full and creamy.
