Wth disappointing!! No wonder the ratings in this location is very very low. The quality of the fried chicken here is very bad, I wouldn't even serve it to my worst enemies. The original fried chicken crust was so hard it felt like eating crackers. It should be crispy and tender not hard and dry. The egg yolk fried chicken was even worse and looked like sauce just put right on top of it. To say the least, we will not be coming here for KFC as this location obviously needs more training and care about the customers. I understand this is a value oriented place but they should also keep quality as a priority as well.

The only issue I have with this branch is that they have a slow service. It takes too long for them to serve the orders. But still, the chicken is great. I also love their Sisig Bowl, bucket fries, themushroom soup, and of course, the gravy! This branch is currently closed and still under renovation. I'm looking forward to their improved customer service too.

I have been to this KFC branch a few times over the years. When I used to work in the Frontera Verde area, this was the branch that I would go to with co-workers in the middle of the night if we were craving bad for KFC. It wasn't really a branch I would visit regularly, or even go out of the way for. Well--until recently.Who doesn't love chicken skin? Like the ones the street vendors sell for a few pesos? Sometimes, a vendor even steps up into a bus and sells them in little paperbags. Yup, those kinds! Well, KFC has come up with their version of this street favorite. Introducing...KFC OR (Original Recipie) CRACKLINGS! It's Chicken Skin but with the taste of Coronel Sanders signature OR flavor. Now who can't resist that? I wanted to try it as soon as I heard of it on an FB group page, but to my sad surprise, it wasn't available at the branch near work. With that said, I was still so determined to have it, that I messaged KFC through FB and asked them what branches had them. Luckily, they answered, and off to Eastwood I went, in the middle of the night, as I couldn't sleep as I was dreaming about it. Seriously! In the message, KFC explained that it was available at selected branches for a limited time. The launch of the product will come up in the future. Now you might ask why KFC marketed it this way. Well, they are testing the market with this new product. It is a normal thing to do in the fastfood industry. It can be annoying and a hassle for the customer to go out of the way to get the product, but that's how it works. In the end, it was sooo good. The posted obviously reflected some false advertising. I thought it was going to be a mini bucket, but it was far from it. So, I ordered more for takeout.Food: 2.5 - Had a 1 pc OG meal too. Very consistent with other branches. Downfall was the gravy refill. It wasn't warm or hot at all.Price: 3.0 - Prices are doable at KFC for Filipino fastfood. However, P35 for the cracklings, I found to be a tad bit of a rip-off as serving size was too small.Service: 3.5 - Friendly staff.Ambience: 2.5 - Store is kept clean. 95% of the seating is located upstairs.I really wish KFC will do the nationwide launch soon for theire Cracklings.

Basta chicken, KFC! I personally love their fill-up box - seriously, a meal for 99 Pesos! The biggest and most "sulit" box is the one with one-piece chicken, rice, mashed potato, mushroom soup, and a regular drink. If you takeaway, you also get a free ecobag.

I usually order breakfast here, to-go and have bever really seen what it looked like. My usual order is their am snacker because it is filling and cheaper compared to its competitors nearby. One night, I ordered dine in and went upstairs to eat. I was surprised that it is different from the other branches I have tried. First, when you order their regular soda, they will give you a glass and tell you that there is a dispenser upstairs. There really is! And although it is single-served, they are benchmarking on your honesty that you wouldn't go for seconds, even when no one is watching. Gravy is still unlimited and I like the fact that they give you two plates (piled on top of the other). I was wondering why it was two, until my colleague told me that one is for eating and the other is for you to get a plateful of their gravy. Beside the dispenser, take out boxes are also available, self-service.KFC has always been a better option in terms of taste and price, however, being this thoughtful to customers is a big plus for me. Cheers!
