I love its new look. It used to be dull and dark but now it has become more enticing to eat at beacause of its brighter walls, lighter ambiance and improved fixtures. Moreover, eating with my family here has become more upclose and intimate because of the added rounded sofas. We used to just eat on the common rectangular tables but now we always look forward to eating at their new sofas and tables and enjoy more our togetherness as a one happy family. :)

When you're cleaning an area of the restaurant, please put up a sign to warn customers you can't seat them there. You just don't shoo them away after they're comfortably seated. Another weird thing. They give menus but make you fall in line to order. Crude. Anyway, I ordered the super solo set. The order taker didn't bother to let me know the set includes a solo Caesar salad, so I ordered the mandarin salad. Got two banana smoothies for the nephew and his cousin and a chocolate mousse for the niece. The set satisfied. The chicken was nice on the outside but bland inside. The pasta soup tasted ordinary, so did the corn and carrot side. The smoothies brainfroze the kids and we left happy to watch Home. It will be a long time before I come back. How many times do I have to remind people that customer service will make the difference.

An early dinner here with my mom made our Christmas day happy. The worse thing you want on a festive day is a lousy restaurant and Kenny Rogers here at SM fairview was nothing but great dining experience. Their branch here is super spacious and clean. They have their own bathroom area and chairs are comfy. Happy servers ready to great and assist you in your needs. Manager standing near cashier to assist customers and even serve orders. I changed my side dish due to a change of heart and didn't have any hassle at all.Food was great and good serving size. OMG fried chicken is our new fav too plus we get to take home our left overs and enjoyed it for breakfast today. This probably be my favorite kenny roger branch and happy to come back for more 😊🍗🍖🍚🍲⛄❄
