The place itself is impressive. Location is perfect especially for someone like me who is usually in qc hall. The place can accommodate a lot of customers which I guess was one of the reasons why they have poor and slow service. Upon settling down in our table we've been hearing complaints from different tables near us. At first we did not mind it so much, until we started to experience the same issues. The food came about after 40 mins after ordering then we have to wait again for 10 mins for them to provide us with spoon and fork, then another 10 mins for the water. We overheard some customers that the service was like that for the past few months already and the management still do not address the problem. I will probably come back again but I will make sure i'm not super hungry so that waiting will not be an issue anymore.

Very good ambience restaurant style Kenny Rogers lots of parking space, but their service isn't that good ordered 3 drinks 1 softdrinks with ice and 2 pineapple juice without ice; gave us 1 softdrinks without ice and 2 pineapple without it's reversed, afterwards they then gave us 2 pineapple juice with and without ice. If that wasn't enough I asked for Java rice upgrade for all the meals and another 1 extra java rice when the orders came they were all plain rice when the meals were return they gave us 2 extra java rice even though we ordered only 1. The staff here weren't that attentive to the orders and also they lack serving crews as it took us a while before they take our orders.

Went here some time ago. In terms of space, this is the largest Kenny's I've been to so far. Service is good, and when we were there they had wifi, which worked great too. There's loads of parking space as well. Food was good as ever, I usually get their spaghetti and muffins.

Very nice place to have breakfast. Opens 9AM and serves warm and fresh food and coffee. Food is also served while you wait, unlike on other Kenny Rogers branch where you have to order over the counter.  The omelette was a little bit too oily but I'd have to give 2 thumbs up for the cheese. Will definitely be back here.

This is our go-to destination when we crave for roasted chicken. Superb service. Their servers are very accomodating and friendly. Taste and consistency is great

PROS: Fast service. Large seating area. Clean. Has wifi. Lots of parking.CONS: Food! Slightly more expensive than other Kenny's branches (maybe because they're open 24/7?), but also one of the worst Kenny's in terms of food quality. Food served is so far from what's pictured in the advertisements. Vegetables are old and soggy, supposedly-crispy OMG wings are a sad saucy soggy mess, garlic butter roast was nothing but regular roast chicken with gloopy barely-garlicky gravy, and most of all, sad, dry, corn muffins!We have definitely learned our lesson. 😤

I have a soft spot for Kenny Rogers since I was a kid and I havent experienced anything bad in all the branches I've been. But what I like about this branch is their high ceiling (LOL) but seriously, it doesnt feel crowded because the place is very spacious.

My only concern here is the rather darkly lit interior of the place. I would've enjoyed a much brighter place for a healthy meal.My favorite here is their Classic Healthy Plate. The food is all-in plus the muffin. I'd prefer if they had other options though. I'd rather have water than iced tea. Even if light version.

Media guests were treated to a different sensorial experience which commenced with guests blindfolding themselves to lose their sense of sight and heighten their other senses. This was followed by sizzling sounds and the mouthwatering aroma of garlic and butter, exciting their palate before that delectable first bite of the Garlic Butter Roast.  Finally, Solenn and Nico appeared once the blindfolds were removed as a surprise to the guests. As the photo op and media Q&A happened, guests were then served the delicious chicken complemented by some of Kenny’s well-loved sidings.

Our staple for 'healthy' meals.In this particular visit, we ordered their burger steak and their newest item on the menu- the chipotle fire grilled chicken. The burger steak was made with real ground beef though there was an umay factor after a few bites. Chipotle flavor was only evident for the chicken skin and gravy, but tastes good overall.Will keep coming back for their sides (shoutout to sour cream & chives potato and tex mex macaroni!) and original recipe grilled chicken.I also like that most of their branches are spacious and well-lit.
