The place itself is impressive. Location is perfect especially for someone like me who is usually in qc hall. The place can accommodate a lot of customers which I guess was one of the reasons why they have poor and slow service. Upon settling down in our table we've been hearing complaints from different tables near us. At first we did not mind it so much, until we started to experience the same issues. The food came about after 40 mins after ordering then we have to wait again for 10 mins for them to provide us with spoon and fork, then another 10 mins for the water. We overheard some customers that the service was like that for the past few months already and the management still do not address the problem. I will probably come back again but I will make sure i'm not super hungry so that waiting will not be an issue anymore.

Very good ambience restaurant style Kenny Rogers lots of parking space, but their service isn't that good ordered 3 drinks 1 softdrinks with ice and 2 pineapple juice without ice; gave us 1 softdrinks without ice and 2 pineapple without it's reversed, afterwards they then gave us 2 pineapple juice with and without ice. If that wasn't enough I asked for Java rice upgrade for all the meals and another 1 extra java rice when the orders came they were all plain rice when the meals were return they gave us 2 extra java rice even though we ordered only 1. The staff here weren't that attentive to the orders and also they lack serving crews as it took us a while before they take our orders.

Went here some time ago. In terms of space, this is the largest Kenny's I've been to so far. Service is good, and when we were there they had wifi, which worked great too. There's loads of parking space as well. Food was good as ever, I usually get their spaghetti and muffins.
