If you think summer is over for halu halo, well think again. Kabigtings is the best halu halo I ever tasted. Orig. Kapampangan! What makes it more delicious & unique is the it comes with pastillas made from cow's milk. Must try! Paired with merienda that they're offering there. ????????❤????

The food is great and value for money. We went there one this sunday afternoon before going to SM North Edsa. The halo halo is great and the longanisa, dinuguan and bangus belly were great...Services is fast since we arrive after some group of 5peoples were finished and on the way out...

I drove all the way from Makati to check out the hype...had the Palabok and Halo-Halo Combo. The Palabok is wonderful which generous chicharon chunks.. I even bought chicharon to go plus the spicy peanuts. Sadly the Halo-Halo didn't make the cut for me. The first spoonful was so pleasantly surprising with the dominant pastillas...but the rest of the glass was ho-hum...the texture of the ingredients felt like it's been chewed already, he he..Worst of all they serve it in plastic glasses ?

I don't know what the hype is all about. Me and my boyfriend added this to our list only to be disappoint when we finally tried it. We ordered palabok and halo-halo, their best sellers. Palabok was quite bland for me. If it weren't for the chicaron bits, I wouldn't taste a thing. Same as well with halo-halo. I'd probably give a better score for Razon's. There was a lack of sweetness and texture. The place was also too chaotic for me. The loud music adds up to the other customers laughters. We had to finish our meal right away because we were too disappointed and opted to dine on a nearby taiwanese restaurant. We probably wont go back.

Go to place for halo-halo! Just the way I love it, clean shaven ice, creamy milk and pastillas, take me back please! Palabok and liempo wasn't that bad either.

I went to this place because of their famous halo halo. It was like the one from Razon's, where in there were more ice compared with other ingredients, only that Razon's has a more fine textured ice. Kabigting's halo halo was kinda unique because it has this pastillas balls on it. Well, honestly it isn't something I would crave for. It taste just average.

It was 7:00pm and we’re looking for a place to eat in Banawe. All the restaurants are either for waiting-list or no parking. Chanced upon Kabigting’s and we thought of something light to eat. This restaurant is popularized by its version of halo-halo, unique pinoy dessert that primarily uses shaved ice as a base. Every part of the country has a different take on Halo-halo. Kabigting’s cup is printed with a branding: The Pride of Arayat. Each serving is priced at P100. The main components are Carabao Milk, beans, creamed corn and PASTILLAS. I like halo-halo with less ingredients. The only thing I disapproved of is the intense sweetness. Good thing I ate it with a plate of Lumpiang Sariwa. We were the only customers that time (who in the right mind would eat Halo-halo for dinner😬😂). The service is quite fast. Kapampangan cooking is popular with different establishments that sprung out in Manila. Pampaga is the origin of the buco pandan of Nathaniel’s, tibok-tibok of Susie’s, and even halo-halo of Razon’s. They must be really imaginative with the 2 popular names of halo-halo coming from the same province.

Kabigting's has been a household name when it comes to their unique halo halo. Instead of the usual langka, garbansos, kaong and nata de coco, we usually find in the classic halo halo. They mix it up a bit with mashed kidney beans, corn kernels, and pastillas to their version of this classic filipino dessert. The creamy, milky bottom mixes well with the shaved ice and milk, while the corn kernels add some texture to the dessert. It's not too sweet that its easy to finish one order. It's almost like a cross between mais con yelo and halo halo with the pastillas being the cherry on top of the whole dish. To match the dessert, we also had a bowl of dinuguan and puto. Their puto is more gelatinous than other putos we've tried, its stickier and better with the dinugugan. The dinuguan had a rich flavor with contrasting flavor of richness, vinegar, and heat. It was a very satisfying dish. As someone who is not really a fan of some ingredients of the classic halo halo, I find kabigting's a welcome treat and will definitely be back when the cravings come.

Since tag init na.. naghanap ako a resto that serves halo-halo, then i found this kabigting and read good reviews about it so i went there and tried it out.. and yes they are right, its was really good, its kinda like razon but much much better than razon, then i saw almost all customers ordering halo2x and palabok at the same time. So i also tried their palabok too and yes it was yummy.. ill definitely go back to this resto and ill recommend this to anyone.

We specifically went here for their Halo Halo, slightly hyped cause as per Erwan Heusaff, they have one of the best halo halo in Manila. The place wasn't full when we came so we were immediately seated. Ofcourse, we ordered their halo halo, and to our surprise, it was served in like 1 to 2mins after. We could have appreciated it more if they prepared it from scratch and didn't serve it pre-made. There's really nothing special aside from the pastillas. For the price of P110, totally not worth it.
