Johnny Rockets is a franchised from the United States popular for its burgers, fries and milkshakes. Some of their best sellers are the original burgers- burger with your staple accompaniment of tomatoes, onions and lettuce, patty melts- burger on rye bread and route 66 burger with mushrooms and carmelized onions. All burgers are served withe fries. Their chocolate shakes tasted really good. Service is not so bad, but a bit pricey

Johnny Rockets has an American diner theme. The menu here consists of all-American food such as onion rings, french fries, garden salad, sandwiches, cheesedogs, hamburgers, shakes, floats, and desserts. The burger and sandwich here are big. The milk shake here is also good.

I like the Super Sundae in this place. It's two scoops of vanilla ice cream, almonds and whipped cream. I had them add chocolate sauce to it as well. It really tasted good and presentation was really nice too.

For our monthsary, my boyfriend and I decided to go to Johnny Rockets. It's an American-diner style resto that is very easy to spot along Tomas Morato. We went there around lunch and surprisingly, there were no customers and it stayed that way until we finished our meal. The place was spacious and I love the old-fashion jukebox they have on display. On the menu, they have entrees, pastas, desserts, but an American diner will not be one without the burgers and milkshakes. After browsing the menu, we settled for the following:Half Pound Grand Canyon Burger - GRAND is the best way to describe it. The moment I saw the staff bringing the plate to our table, I was astonished as to how tall it was. It had two layers of juicy beef patties, bacon, and cheese and onion rings in the middle. I didn't know how to get started really but in the end, I decided to eat the bottom half together with the fries. It was so filling! I had the other half packed for take out.Roast beef burger - this is what my boyfriend order. There were so much roast beef. It was tender and made tastier because it was dipped in a demi glace sauce with mayo. It had grilled onions and shredded cheddar cheese. Chicken tenders - I liked that the breading of the chicken breast was not thick, meaning, there was more meat than breading. It was cooked just right, not burnt or raw. Meat was really tender and tasty.Strawberry-banana deluxe shake - I liked the combination so this is what we ordered. It was served on a big glass and the staff gave us another stainless glass which also had some of the shake. I guess this was the excess from the mix they prepared. It was nice that they gave it to us. The verdict? It was super yummy! I did not have that "umay" feeling, maybe because they used vanilla ice cream for the mix. We weren't able to drink everything so we had about a half cup for take out.Overall, the experience was nice. The food was yummy but I guess they can benefit from a renovation because the place looked old. Maybe updating it a bit, making it a little dated without losing the vibe and touch of an "American diner" will make it attractive to diners again.

This place, is looking quite sad recently. Like it's past its peak and just waiting for some unknown to wake it back up. The place looks worn, dirty and old. The food is okay to good but their prices are too high, in my opinion. Their milkshakes are delicious but there are other places that offer good milkshakes as well.
