Many years ago, I once tried Jack's Loft at Trinoma Mall. It was a Friday evening and most restaurants were already full. It also somehow caught my curiosity because it looked "modern and cool." I wanted something light so I ordered Chicken Fingers and Meat Lasagna. The food was not really of good quality in terms of taste. The chicken was too dry and hard while the Meat Lasagna was forgettable. The service was also slow. It was not worth the price. I have not eaten in Jack's Loft since then.

Try their jacks fries its the best. The frappe and frost are good. If you want a chill place you can go at jacks. Very nice staffs (as in super babait lalo yung naka red na guy) very accommodating. And also try their chicken fingers and calamares! More photos on my instagram account! Hehe. @heynuhxx

This was 5 years ago and I clearly remember up until now not to dine here again. Yes, the presentation is good, but the taste is bland and dry. The burger tastes like meatloaf and is really crumbly. I was really expecting the food to be tasty since it was presented well.On a positive note, the place was superb when you want to hang out with your friends. Few people passes by this part of the mall so you get to relax and enjoy chit chatting with your friends.

Was craving for desert right after TGI Friday's so I've decided to check out Jack's Loft Cheesecake. I think this is their Jack Cheesecake or something. So what can I say? Taste- well, it's like how normal cheesecake tastes. But this one is really full of cheese which is a good thing. But there's nothing special about their crust though. Usually, what makes a cheesecake good is also their crust. You can also choose between strawberry and blueberry for the toppings but they don't have blueberry that time so I've been stuck with strawberry. The yellow ones is like mango jam or something and white ones was whipped cream. Price- it's 175php if I'm not mistaken. But I don't think that the price justifies the way it tastes. Just be sure you have water with you when you eat this. It's too thick that you might want to chug it down with water in a way. This is good if you're really craving for cheesecake since they didn't cheat with the "cheese" and you can really say that it's a cheesecake.

I have always loved Jack's loft and enjoy their pasta dishes a lot as well as their desserts. Sadly, in one of my recent visits, I was very disturbed by the attitude of one of their kitchen staff. I ordered a warm choco fudge cake since I fell in love with this dessert ever since i tried it in one of the restos in Baguio and was on the lookout for a good one here in the Metro. When it was served to me, I was surprised to find the the choco fudge was not only cold, it was ice cold. I asked one of the servers if they could warm it up since it is supposed to be "warm" and the server asked me to wait while she asks the kitchen staff if my request was possible. She came back and told me that their kitchen staff said it cannot be warmed since they already put the ice cream on top. So I asked the server to just take the ice cream off the top and put it on a saucer or something while they reheat the fudge cake. The server obliged and took my dish to the kitchen staff who then, unbelievably, made a face towards my direction! Unfortunately for her I saw it. I was fuming at that time but did not cause a scene and just told myself that I will write to the management about it. Although I have not done that as of to date, I just hope they get to read this. I did not get the name of that staff but regardless, it was very rude and uncalled for.

The only place in Trinoma that's worth to kill time - with good food, drinks and great sound, nothing can go wrong. My partner loves booze and smoke so this is our usual place when we were in the area, mainly because it's al fresco. At first I thought they were only serving liquors and stuff but no, they are also serving good food - from appetizers to main dishes, pasta, sandwiches, coffee and fraps all the way down to desserts. So far, I've tried their Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich, Chicken Fingers, and Frap. The food was so good I don't even realize finishing it in between chats!PS: Next time I'll be here, I'll try their decadent cakes! :D

My favorite spot in Trinoma for it's in the garden, you'll love the view, it's a smoking area, and has great jam of music. Foods, drinks and desserts are all very good with reasonable prices. One of my favorite drink is their Jack's Loft Fish Bowl Icedtea: from the name itself, it's an icedtea served in a fishbowl, it is good for 4 people so you can share with your buddies in the price of Php180.

I forgot what kind of burger i tried. But their burgers are large. I couldn't even finish one burger so i asked my boyfriend to finish half of it.The place was so nice, especially at night...you can just chill.

Jack's loft in Trinoma is also one of the best hangout spots here. Aside from their really affordable food and drinks menu, I think their location is really nice, especially when its in the afternoon to night, you can feel the cool air, not that many people compared to other places. They also have really nice and accommodating servers. We often order their Jack's cheese fries and fishbowl iced tea! Good for sharing already. :)
