    J. Cuppacakes is an adorable little cupcake shop in Eastwood City. It was in fact their Parisian chic interiors that invited us to try their cupcakes. (lol)Their cupcakes are quite expensive compared to the online shops but a bit cheaper than their major competitors. The size of the cupcake is small. Contrary to the other reviews, their cupcakes are moist. However, flavor-wise, it's hit and miss. The red velvet cupcake is sweet, especially the frosting, but the cupcake itself is not that 'siksik'- a little airy. The PB&J is quite delicious. We ordered two more cupcakes but I forgot what since it was just OK.

Too pricey. The cupcakes looks good but taste like regular ones. Will try their cheesecake next time. Their place is so chic just too small. Friendly staff tho.

It was my son's growth month celebration and we decided to dine out and went to Eastwood. After we had a filling meal at Seafood Island, we were thinking of buying a cake or any dessert of sort. We saw a cute little cupcake store along Citywalk and decided to try. Interior was really kawaii even the place was small. Floral ceiling and nice chandelier, caught me from falling in love with the whole place. Food/Price, I think their cupcakes are a little bit on the pricey side. Some would only cost 50-60Php but taste as good. Cupcakes were smaller than the usual, too sweet for my liking but fortunately it was delish.

J Cuppacakes Libis branch is so cute and pretty! Even if you're not a fan of cupcakes, you'll be attracted to their quaint little shop. However, their cupcakes aren't as good-looking as the actual shop. They look sloppily made. Being a sucker for anything green tea, that's what I tried first. I liked it, though I believe not everyone would appreciate the strong flavor. They have other unusual flavors as well like coconut lemon (if I remember correctly), which I will never buy again. Overall, J Cuppacakes is not the best cupcake shop out there, but it's decent enough. I do not recommend it for gift giving; it's just for personal consumption to satisfy one's sweet cravings.

I have to give kudos to j cupcakes because of the effort that they put in making wonderful and delicious cupcakes. I agree that its a little bit pricey but once you tasted their pastries it's excellent, obviously the ingredients are not cheap. I definitely recommend this for the sweet tooths around!

I love cupcakes! I will buy one whenever I feel like it. So today after shift I went to J Cuppacakes, one of the cupcake shops that I really love! They have branches in SM Megamall, SM Jazz Mall (Makati) and Eastwood. The one nearest to my workplace is in Eastwood. The shop they have here is small but cozy.Ordered Premium Peanut Butter and Jelly Cupcake which costs Php 60.00.They also have a nice packaging when you want to take out the cupcakes. It's cute and you can give it as a gift. They can also customize cakes on events. I tried asking once, you need to contact the owner directly. The cupcake per piece is a little bit pricey but it's worth it.

I’ve always been a lover of cupcakes and I’ve had a fair share of being able to taste different variants of cupcakes. For today, I’ll be posting a quick review on what I think about J Cuppacakes’ version of cupcakes. I purchased three cupcakes and I have different thoughts about each, let’s get started!Cookies and Cream Cupcake Php65.00LOVEoverall sweetness is just right for megenerous amount of Oreo cookie is evidentokay for the price of Php65.00HATEdid not meet my expectations of a good cupcake – moist and dense Choco Dream CupcakeChoco Dream Cupcake Php65.00LOVEI love the fact that the branding is there which is evident in the fondant toppersweetness is well balanced with everything: the cupcake base, the frosting, the fondantokay for the price of Php65.00HATEagain, did not meet my expectations of a good cupcake – moist and dense Cookie Butter Cupcake Php90.00 Note: there was a cookie on top of the frosting, but my daughter ate it without me knowing, so I’m sorry if this photo is a bit incompleteLOVEthe cupcake’s consistency in terms of being dense and moistHATEtoo sweet for my liking (the frosting most especially)cookie butter flavor is not evident in the cupcakeOVERALLJ Cuppacakes has a really nice concept in terms of their flavors. Some of their offerings are our all time favorites while the rest are for us to find out if we’ll love or hate it. Their stores have the daintiest displays which makes me enjoy my stay whenever I am there. As for the cupcakes, unfortunately, it’s not something that I will be craving for. It did not meet my expectations however, considering that their store is the nearest in my place, I’ll definitely purchase a few whenever my daughter requests for one.

Overpriced, frosting is extremely sweet, and their cupcakes are over-baked and not moist on the inside. Their Red Velvet is too dry, while the frosting lacked creaminess and flavor. The Mocha cupcakes are okay, the vanilla cupcake has that spongy-moist texture and not a velvety texture unlike most Vanilla cupcakes I've tasted. The ones they sell are flavorless, clearly lacking that delicious, light vanilla flavor.Though I have to say that their place is attractive and the decors inside are really pretty but people will come back for the taste and not for the ambiance so, they better start changing their cupcake recipes before it's too late.

Two visits and I still haven't found the flavor to keep me coming back. With the cupcake stores that sprang in Manila, one couldn't help but compare it with more affordable options. Others would be love at first bite; but J Cuppacakes still needs to improve its recipes - with as much effort that went into the decor.

I tried the red velvet cupcake because I'm a fan of this flavor. The frosting was really nice and I can tell that all flavors blended really well. But unfortunately, it was al the frosting giving the flavor to the cupcake. If I remove the frosting, the cupcake tastes plain. The cupcake has a lot of air in it, I was used to having my red velvet heavy and full and moist. I didn't get it from them. Also, it was over priced! 65 pesos for one cupcake!? That's too much. I'm glad it was my bf who paid for it. - zeeyan
