I wasn't a fan of J.CO until I went to this branch at UP Town Center. That's probably cause I only got their donuts when someone brought them. One good thing they have going is the free wifi. The other is that they serve coffee. And the last one that tops it off is that they have a lot of outlets. So if you're in the area looking for a place to work or to study, I would recommend going here. One thing they lack though is real food. It's mostly just donuts and sweet stuff so you kind of have to look for food elsewhere if you're planning on working long. Another is that the aircon isn't that cold so afternoons aren't very cool. Otherwise everything else is in place. Oh, and their tumblers are waaaay cheaper than the other coffee shops.

Alcapone craving satisfied! ❤ Everything is near-perfection and very J.Coish except the bathroom which was under repair the moment we got there.

Service: 5/5 I went there at around 7:30 in the evening and was extremely happy that I was next in line. The crew at that time was patient while i decide what donuts I'd get aside from the Alcapone of course. probably because there aren't loads of people in line.Ambiance: 4/5 Inviting but we decided to go to Starbucks still. It is clean and feels cozy. Good for when you like studying in such places.Food: 5/5 I am not really into donuts but this has always been an exemption. Tastes really good. I haven't tried their drinks though. Maybe next time I will.

I like their UP Town Center branch as it's one of the biggest and most spacious (at least from what I know). I was one of the people who got too eager to find out why there are long lines in every branch of J.Co, so I decided to try their donuts for myself. They were quite good, but not that mind-blowing as what the long queues suggest. Their donuts are lighter and fluffier, and thus are less filling than, say, Krispy Kreme. I particularly like Tiramisu, and my kids love Heaven Berry and Coco Loco. I'm not a fan of their most famous variant, Alcapone, perhaps because I want my donuts to be really sweet and creamy.

few words for this review. their staffs are not somehow "masungit" when we have our dozen of donuts. not smiling. I think they're on their "bad day" for their donuts, still heaven. 💕

I was here twice. Everything seems ok except for their coffee. They serve it not so hot and too close in being cold na. I want my coffee pa naman to be really hot.

I went here with my boyfriend to hang out after looking around UP Town. J. CO is basically known for their not so sweet donuts and I don't think I have to dwell on that too much, but I have to say that their yogurt is good and right for the price. With regards to this branch, I thought it was clean and quiet though I kinda wish that the ventilation was better. It felt a bit hot at some seats. I also saw that some students stay there to do some studying which is a smart move considering J.CO's pricing on their drinks. Sad thing though that I wasn't able to check if they had an ample amount of sockets for those who need to bring their gadgets.

At around 7pm, went to this store and bought 2 dozens of doughnuts. I asked if they can keep it first and will get it around 8:30pm but one staff suggested in a 'cringy way' that "Sir you can have it deposit in the baggage counter in Merkado". I was like in my mind *WTF! You want me to go to the other side of the mall?! They're closing time is at 10pm and I don't get the logic why they do not want it. I just walked out due to I don't want him to ruin my night. In other branches, they were accomodating but in this branch - meeeh.

The donuts is so sweet and I like the taste of it. The drinks are also sweet but not that much and the taste of their drinks are different to the other resto.

Not so sweet donuts can be found here and its perfect with coffee! You must try their alcapone! Staff should inform guests (especially first timers) that their coffee comes with a free donut so they wouldn't bother ordering extra calories. Place is quiet and relaxing. I would recommend it for people who wants to chill
