I remember this place being so packed, with a long line in front. But thankfully, all the hype has died down, and the long lines no longer exist (unless there is some amazing promo). Their location inside the mall may not be very strategic, as it is very far from where most people stay and walk by, but it is very advantageous in my part, as I want something peaceful and quiet, and yet not as far. This shop is located at the ground floor, just beside the hidden Starbucks cafe, but very near the entrance of the mall if you're coming from Mindanao Ave. This shop gives you a view of North Ave.As you enter the shop, the cafe is clean and well swept, except for the back part where there is currently an old aircon or cabinet that isn't tucked away properly. There is wifi, and there are a lot of plugs which is perfect for a study place, if you are not too picky with the people that would come and go, and with some kids running around. Although sometimes the internet isn't very cooperative. The crew is very nice and very accommodating. The donuts however are not the best ones that you could have. They tasted and presented a lot better during the first few months of being operational.

The place was good but it is hided beside the carpark, although it is near the supermarket but can't reach their rivals like go nuts, breadtalk etc, still their doughs are classy yummy and deliciously crave my tastebudddddd

+ Not crowded; ideal place for working; has available outlets for your laptop and charging needs; serves decent coffee; affordable; wifi available- Can get crowded when there are promos; service can get a little slow; can be a bit hard to findVerdict: Would still go here to get some work done.

Yayy! This is my all time favorite when it comes to doughnuts. The sweetness is in just right amount and the bread is soft as well. Sa place naman medyo maliit yung branch na to compared dun sa branch ng kalapit na mall.

i ordered hazelnut hot, no hint of hazelnut though. it was like im sipping a hot water with pounds of brown sugar in it. the foam on top was...ugh, i dont what. the jpop we got tastes old. the crew were group of young ones too busy with their own lives they'd rather chat than serve

Extremely poor service. I love Jcoccino but I'll never go back to this branch again. The "barista" took More than 20mins to produce my order and that was already with me following up twice and standing in front of the counter. The other staff didnt even bother to call his attention or help him 👎🏼🙅🏼

I went to jco to order a box of 6 donuts to give to the person i was about to have a meeting with. Firstly trinoma is a big mall and walking from one point to another takes a while. Instructions are not clear and ayala zigzag style makes looking for things difficult. And the aircon didn’t work at all. It’s not even summertime. Jco’s aircon is pretty much the same. Sucky aircon system. They have about 18 people manning the cooking selling and cashier and yet only one person was taking orders and filling up boxes. Only after calling this to their attention did they finally start moving. What is the point of 15 people baking donuts if only 1 person is selling them despite the line. Cashier system is also very poor. You have a line to order yet the cashier is a number system where they call your number. Why put up a fast food line if the cashier at the end cannot take accept payment in time. Talk about operations research issues. Poor branch and poor management. Even the lady upfront was angry at the slow progression.

Poor Service,Last week I ordered 3 pcs of doughnuts for dine in. Unfortunately they only gave me a plate of doughnuts they didnt put it on Tray, No Fork, No Knife & No Tissue. When I went back to the bar counter to ask for a water, the Bar attendant only gave me a small empty cup and he just only point on the pitcher which was located inside their counter which i think its a better way if he could offer me to pour into the cup.Take note their not Busy and no queue that time.

Coffee lover here!! So one of my favorite coffee drink is J.Co. Everytime I felt so wasted and stressed, I always find time to drink Cappucino Chip, my favoritest frappe here. Never been disappointed with J.Co with free original glazed donut with every drink purchased. Let's see each other again next week. 😁☕️
