unfriendly manager .... he offered us the discount card but we refused. and then after that we ask for the menu again to add order but he ignored us. so we think it was his revenge to us for not getting the discount card 😏good food. i love their bread and pasta. but the manager and the waiter/waitress bad service.

This is gonna be the best pasta ever! This made me realize that carbonara and white pastas are the best. Since this is my third time, it stucks me the juicyness and creaminess of pasta. Why can't you try to taste it? Its super good!!

The place is packed when we were there. Ordered the same old items we love.MinestroneSpinach artichoke - the best in the cityMussels - good!Herb chicken - very fresh and tasty.I've been majorly hassled by this branch when they used my 1000.00 voucher to a different table, and used a different bistro card to apply the 250.00 voucher to my bill. Fortunately I used it again (different Bistro group resto) after a few days since my Bistro card is expiring soon and found out that it was used without my consent by Itallianis Trinoma. Could it be they assumed I will not be able to use my vouchers anymore since it's about to expire? Still not correct and an excuse. That's mine and I paid for it.The process of finding out and retrieving the voucher took a long time. What an inconvenience! Unbelievable! This year and the next, i'm not renewing my BFF card anymore.Good resto but questionable staff.

This restaurant is more enjoyable if with a group, I think. It's because most of their dishes are meant to be for sharing (or it used to be)If you haven't been here yet and you've been to sbarro, it's basically the same thing. Its just that Italianni's is more of a restaurant than a fast food. They do have quality food and service, but nothing that is really extra ordinary (not anymore, what with the influx of new, more posh and updated menu kinda of restaurants all over). They are, an established Italian-style resto and they have come up with meal deals to make dining with them at least look more cost effective.Their salads are pop. Pizza is ok. Pasta is more like it

Been craving for carbs and cheese because of the no-carb diet. So when bestfriend and I had our date, it's finally a chance to have my cheat meal! Pasta is on our minds while having our drinks at SB so we headed here for our Italian cravings.Food quality at its finest. We ordered Lasagna and Eggplant parmigiana. Delish food with huge serving. I can't expect nothing more to their lasagna, it's just perfect. Eggplant parmigiana is surprisingly tasty.Staff are accommodating. Ambience is good.

Good Italian ambiance, cozy and a quiet place to enjoy Italian food. However, for its small servings as compared to other good Italian restaurants in Metro Manila and Philippines (there are outstanding Italian restos in Puerto Galera and Sabang in Oriental Mindoro!) the servings are miniscule, barely good for one person. Last saturday evening my family ordered spaghetti pomodoro, ribs, ribs, ribs platter, a certain fish dish (tiny fish meat), rice and the Quattro Staggioni (square pizza combo). Taste was typical Italian, nothing special, with herbed olive oil and balsamic vinegar for bread. The price is too much for small quantities of food offered.

Definitely my go to Italian restaurant! I really liked their tosted ravioli, perfect for a cheese lover like me! Also the four cheese penne was so good, the classico pizza not so much, but still a level up from your usual regular pizza. Also, big thanks to the attentive staff that was assigned to our table.

Italiannis is part of the Bistro Group so you expect to quality food when you visit. I loved that they offer your warm fresh bread when you come in. The pasta is great, but i didnt care much for the dry and slightly burnt pizza. Good service and decent experience overall.

Food is great but a bit pricey considering the small serving portions, thank goodness i have a bff card otherwise i would be disappointed with our bill! We ordered calamari, truffle fries, ribs, baked ziti, carbonara classico and pepperoni pizza and suffice it to say, we went home with full stomachs! The complimentary bread is an added bonus! Their carbonara classico is the best! On the downside, although the service is good, it is a little slow to my liking, we have to call the attention of the staffs 2-3 times before they refill our drinks but all in all, we had a good time!

This resto was really good. I will give 5 star for food. The ambience was nice and comfortable. I think they can improve the service more. They even have a bar inside. The cherry on the cake is they give unli small bread. The one should expect around 800 - 900 for two persons (without alcohol).
