My partner and I have been to a known Asian cuisine resto somewhere around at the Southern part of the Philippines and we instantly compared our Indonyaki experience to it.The verdict:The dishes were not that close to the taste asof the authentic dishes. The prices of the dishes were proportion to it's serving size. The service also had some rooms for improvement.Any chance of re-locating to a bigger and air-conditioned place?

For starters, try the noodles. Their very Indonesian and very Filipino at the same time. How is that? I'm amazed as well. But it clearly the Filipino part has to do with the very noodle itself. Its the typical one you see in our canton styled noodle. And the Indonesian part has everything to do with the herbs and spices put in. I'm no expert in food making but I do give credit on my ability to judge the taste of food. Its a no-brainer that a first timer in this resto should try the chicken because its clearly to-die-for. Chicken lovers will surely enjoy it as much as I did if not more.

*Palatability*Ayam Goreng P130One of their best sellers, this fried chicken is incredibly crispiness at its prime. I haven't been to Indonesia so I cant compare its taste for authenticity, but on its own, it tastes great. Paired it with scrambled egg and fried rice, the meal will surely satisfy your appetite.Indonyaki Lumpia P80Their other specialty is their spring roll. However, I'm a bit disappointed with this because it tasted more of a vegetarian rather than a carnivorean. I tasted mostly white onions and spices, and none of the meat. It is also greasy.*Price*Food is really affordable. A budget of P150 per person is enough to fill your hungry tummy.*Personality*The place can accomodate between 20-40 customers at a time. Imagine how packed the place is, with around 25sq ft dining area.It is open air, but because the place is packed, I find it a bit uncomfortable to stay longer after eating. The place is across a highway, so expect to inhale smoke from jeepneys passing by. I suggest for first timers to visit the place during off peak hours (between 3-5pm) so they dont get inconvenienced of having to wait for an available seat. One, they dont have space where their guests can wait.No parking space available. It is a bit challenging to find one especially during peak time. The store itself can only offer 3 parking spaces. The staff is accomodating, but may need to ensure consistency in the quality. Some staff may have been trained specifically to take orders only. Will always come back for the ayam goreng, but not for the overall vibe.

Very tasty Indonesian food, i recommend the ayam goreng with egg.. Yum. Very flavorful fried chicken and the fried rice is really good. Also the soup that comes along with has the right amount of spice. Affordable prices and friendly staff.

Trying Indonesian cuisine today. In the far away away land of Fairview, Quezon City you will find INDONYAKI serving Indonesian cuisines like Ayam, Goreng, Betutu, etc. 🇮🇩I ordered Ayam Goreng (Indon Style Fried Chicken) Combo 🍗🍳🐔 for Php 120.00, served with Sauce, Egg, Soup and Iced. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5Although the restaurant is small, but they have the nicest, friendly and accommodating staff and they have fast service. 👍🏼#ilovetoeat 😃❤️ #Indonyaki

Ito yung tipo ng restaurant na babalik balikan mo kasi masarap, mura, at lagi kang masasatisfy. It's embarassing how many times I went here in a month because I was craving so bad for their food. For Php 120, the ayam goreng combo meal has a quarter chicken, rice, soup, 2 sauces, and iced tea. The chicken itself is good, not phenomenal, but oddly enough, it will still keep you coming back for more. I can't understand why; it's not mind-blowingly spectacular, pero ang sarap! It reminds me of Max's fried chicken-- crisp but not dry. However, the crisp toppings called kremes, hmm, I don't know.. It added a crunch, no doubt, but was lacking in flavor. It's okay when eaten immediately upon serving, but after a while, I tend not to consume them. A few nibbles on the kremes and I'll set them aside. It's just like fried flavorless batter that unnecessarily ups the calories (though I understand that fried chicken is not the best food choice for health/weight-conscious people). The chicken is still good with or without the toppings.(Edit: I found na minsan masarap yung pagkakagawa ng kremes, minsan hindi. Naubos ko yung kremes the last time I visited kasi masarap yung pagkakagawa that time.)The rice that comes with the combo meal is good too. It complements well with the chicken and the sauces, and with all their other dishes. The Indonyaki lumpia was okay. I like their dipping sauces-- sambal, and something like a garlic mayo sauce, go well with the lumpia and chicken. The iced tea was just like regular iced tea. The soup has hints of Filipino curry, which was okay. Serving size was good, especially the chicken, hindi bitin. Can't beat the price. Busog na busog ka na sa Php 120 (ayam goreng combo). The Indonyaki lumpia is for Php 80.Not in photos:Terong balado - thin slices of fried eggplant with a special sweet and spicy sauce. One of my favorites from this restaurant. This and ayam goreng combo is my default order.Chicken betutu - think of chicken curry but with more ginger and spices in thick and rich coconut milk. When I say thick and rich, it's really THICK and RICH. Highly recommended for gata lovers out there. They ain't playin' around with coconut milk!Mango gulaman - the only dessert they have. Get it because it's good and only costs Php 25.I wish they can introduce more items to their menu, especially desserts and drinks. I'd like to taste more of what Indonesian cuisine has to offer too.The restaurant is situated on the roadside, so don't expect it to be the most comfortable place to dine in. I wish they can have it renovated or expanded, then have a separate closed dining area with airconditioning. But yeah, maybe that's not how ayam goreng places in Indonesia are. Not complaining though, kasi yung size at yung parang veranda dining area nila kinda adds charm to the place. :)The staff are courteous, especially the girl, she's nice. I happened to interact with the owner during one of my visits there. He was nice, and I like that he engages in small talk and says thank you to customers as they're about to leave. You can sense he's a humble person and he really appreciates that people are dining at his place. :)Will definitely go back here because this is my favorite restaurant in Fairview. :)

I feel like the used almost the same ingredients on the seafood pancit and the hototay soup. The spices they serve are delicious. The service crews are friendly.

Good for budget conscious diners. The place isn't that nice if you will be eating lunch at the heat of the day. Good value for money. Serving is quite big.
