Been here a couple of times. Their beef indonyaki is a must try! The spiciness level was just right and it was savory; And also their seafood canton bihon.

Small dining area but the food is authentic . The good time to go here is late afternoon to early evening when its not hot. The place is simple and budget friendly

This resto was introduced to me by my cousin. First time I tried their food was in Fairview. Not sure though if they're still open.Food: Serving is consistently big. I'd recommend Ayam Goreng + Nasi Rice. 👌Price: Value for money.Place: Small area. Best time to dine here is around pm, when the sun is about to set.

Indonyaki is my go-to restaurant. I like the authenticity of the food and the place is cozy. But lately, they way our food was served was a little different. Indonyaki rice were more oily than usual, and the sauce that came with ayam goreng tasted different too.

Who would have thought that this little place along Maginhawa have excellent food. Prices were cheap yet the quality and taste were superb. Definitely a must try. I'll surely go back!

Food is great, it’s amazing, can’t really say anything bad about it, but I wish they’d find a way to install some air conditioning, especially in this summer heat.

Food (2.5/5)- okay in terms of taste for some of their dishes, most others though are meh.- MUST TRY FOODS: Ayam Goreng paired with their Indonyaki Fried RicePrice (4/5)- student price!!Ambience (2/5)- small second floor open air dining that can get crowded most of the time and tables are too close togetherService (4/5)- professional and friendly waiters and staff that anticipates the little things like refilling water glasses and they look happy in their jobs and most of them have been there for quite some time/years

Actual rating: 3.8Generally, it was great, especially if you consider the price. We had the complimentary soup, indonyaki lumpia, ayam goreng, beef indonyaki, and indonyaki rice. The soup was served hot. It had a kick of tom yum, but not so pungent. Good to start the meal with it.The indonyaki lumpia is delicious, although it wasn’t perfectly cooked. The inner and middle wrapper could have been cooked better. Bite size were appropriate. Best with the garlic sauce which was delicious, although I suggest that it become more viscous. The ayam goreng spices were a bit bland, but that’s the legit Indonesian cuisine, I believe. The chicken was a bit dry. Although, the crispy batter that came with it was very apt to add crunch and flavor that saved the dish.I was surprised with the beef indonyaki. Didn’t look good, but tasted great. Sweet, salty, a kick of spicy, with tender and juicy beef slices. Plating could be improved. The indonyaki rice for me was not anything special, but I’d still order it and eat it with the ulam and their respective sauces.Service was really quick. Owner was hands-on. I’d come back.

Edit:Had to re-rate this because the quality of their food changed a lot. We're regulars at this restaurant so it was too easy to spot the change.Their garlic sauce is not as garlicky anymore as it was before. It's now bland and sour. It's not as addictive than it was before, we used to get 2-3 refills for the sauce but now we can barely finish the 1 serving.Their Indonyaki Rice changed as well, it's too greasy and had too much egg. It wasn't hard to finish before. I can even finish 2 cups of rice before, but now that it's too greasy, I just force myself to finish it.Their chicken is the only one that didn't change quality but it's on a higher price now like most of their items on the menu.--August 2018 Review - 4 StarsWe ordered the Ayam Goreng here and it was surprisingly good. The price is really affordable–the half Ayam Goreng's only like 150. I love their sauce, matches well with the chicken and the Indonyaki Rice. Serving is really generous and consistent everytime we visit. For the place, it looks like an ordinary cafeteria, no airconditioner. The restroom was tidy.Staff were accomodating, although some were a bit grumpy.
